“The lady at the desk was pretty nice. ?? Not giving agitation or anything. But did try to scoot me to the side assuming I was not ready when I definitely was so.. ?”

732 Deepdene Rd, Baltimore“I really don't understand the negative reviews of this post office. I've been coming here from more than 20 years and I've always found the people who work here extremely helpful and friendly. To my mind, they go out of their way to be helpful, polite and efficient. It is not their fault if the post office is understaffed. In fact, it's a testament to their positive attitude that even with it being understaffed, they continue to be positive in the way they treat customers.”

900 E Fayette St Rm 118, Baltimore“I've had many wonderful experiences at this location Thanks to Ms. R. Jackson and Ms. O. James! These ladies have gone above and beyond in assisting me with address changes and the new system for the lock boxes. I appreicate the their time, patience and kindness. USPS should be proud that these women represent them well with outsranding customer sevice.”
“Had a mis-delivered package. Over a few days, Ms. Kelly personally tracked it down and made sure it arrived at my place securely. She was nice, professional, helpful and kept me updated throughout. You don’t see this kind of service often :)”

3375 Ellicott Center Dr, Ellicott City“I contacted the Post Office because a cluster mailbox in our community was knocked over by a vehicle. I was able to talk with a representative after 3 rings and within a half hour, received a return call from that person providing me with information. Within an hour after our conversation, I received a call from a maintenance truck driver who was at the location. He picked up the damaged mailbox, took it to be repaired and provided instructions as to how residents can get their mail until the mailbox is replaced.”

130 N Greene St, Baltimore“Five stars for the women working there today. She was helpful and patient and explained everything to me as I had no idea how to send my letter. The post office was empty, and the wait was short. Everything I needed was provided to me.”
“This is a thank you note to Lakeisha. The place itself isn’t the best and other employees are rude but Lakeisha did a great job helping me out with a smile on her face. She was patient, friendly and professional. Thank you Lakeisha??”
“Went in for fingerprinting services and the staff were great. I was helped within five minutes of walking in, and they were super patient with me throughout. All done in about 10 minutes. One of the nicest USPS experiences I’ve had!”

919 W 34th St, Baltimore“As a long time resident, this Post Office is consistently one of the best in Baltimore. They are often understaffed and thus have many temps, but the regular personnel are caring & hardworking. The most common thing among the staff I have known is that they often get promoted to new positions elsewhere. I recently had 2 pkgs mis-delivered by a temp, but my regular carrier & his supervisor tracked them both down from a random house in the neighborhood in less than 30min. That is how knowledgeable and dedicated they are!”
“I have had mainly good experiences at this post office . My mail gets to its destination amazingly fast (especially considering that this is not Baltimore’s main post office) and the wait time for service is usually a short one.And the most pleasant and personable postal clerk works at this branch. Good customer service is spelled K-E-N-D-R-A. She is patient, communicates clearly and makes me feel appreciated as a customer. She bumps this four star branch to five stars for me.”

4901 Harford Rd, Baltimore“The staff is fantastic! I have interacted with Brent and Dee on many occasions. They are very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish all of the Postal Service employees were that way. Especially the ones that deliver my mail.”

714 S Wolfe St, Baltimore“I used to go to the Fed Hill location but too many issues each time with customer service. So I decided to venture a couple miles away for better service. Best post office in B-More, very helpful and courteous. Typically there are 2 women that work there and they are both great! ?”
“Don't do what I did, I went here to ship a package without checking the shipping label. It was a UPS shipping label so I had to go to the UPS store instead. Embarrassing.”
“We had were blessed with amazing support and service from Tammy, who took us in after a horrible experience being cancelled at Pikesville for our passport appointment. Tammy was working alone with a full line of customers. She kept everyone in good spirits and move quickly and efficiently. We are so grateful to everyone who waited patiently for us to complete our application.Pikesville post office Olivia cancelled us 30 minutes ahead of our appointment. We arrived on time, hadn’t heard the voicemail. There were 4 people in line and 2 postal workers. And she sent us to security where they have walk in passports service. They do this regularly as we have been finding out. The people at security should not have to pick up slack for the laziness of the Pikesville postal workers. Unacceptable!!”

2401 Liberty Heights Ave, Baltimore“Close this post office already, because whether they will be open the hours that are stated is anybody’s guess. This is the only post that I have ever been to, that is not open during their normal business hours. It’s nothing more frustrating than planning your day that includes a trip to this post office and it is closed, especially if you rely on mobility bus services for transportation. If you call customer service for their hours of operation they will tell you that they should be open. A kiosk would be better than this, there’s never a sign posted explaining the situation. Why do this happens only at this post office? I understand that some situations can’t be avoided, but this is a continuous problem.Update: They have definitely improved on being opened at the times that are posted, which makes things a lot better. The customer service has always been good, employees are pleasant and helpful. I just hope that they continue being opened during their business hours.”

1908 N Ellamont St, Baltimore“Donald is our regular carrier. Thank you for always being on time, your honest, your respectful, none of the mail goes missing, and we love you and appreciate you. The days you aren't here, we know. Integrity is what you do when no one is looking, and he's got it.”

1800 E Northern Pkwy, Baltimore“Two of the ladies at the front helped my wife and I beyond their scheduled hours. I feel they went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They exhibited fantastic problem solving and empathy for our stressful situation. Thank you!”

340 S Highland Ave, Baltimore“I only knock one star off because it's the USPS. It's not a fun experience dealing with them as a whole. All the other stars go to Monique. She is so efficient and polite. Usually postal service workers are angry and demeaning. Monique is such a star of the USPS. I'm always in and out quickly and she makes the experience so much better.”
“Used the kiosk to send a box. Easy enough but the place where you put your box in was backed up so I used my cane to Un jam it. Still couldn't use it because it was broke so had to go to the counter anyway”
“Open past noon every day including weekends. Sunday is sacred. Yes. But thank you for your convenience, service and all. Plus a kind lady outside helped me. She was really nice. And the parking is vast and easy. The location is ideal as there are many worthwhile nearby places to go. St Charles Catholic Church is right at the end of the block. Great. God bless.”
“We've lived in Sparks three years now and have enjoyed everything about the area, including the outstanding customer service from all the Sparks Post Office team. So different from other post office experiences and deserving of a five-star (and I'd give more, if I could!) rating!”
9AM - 1PM
825 Dulaney Valley Rd Ofc, Towson“This is my go-to post office for shipping my packages! They seem to move alot faster than the other branches in my area. I've had little to no issue with the recipients getting the stuff I send, when I send it through here. The workers are always pleasant and are willing to help answer any questions you have!”
10AM - 2PM 3 - 4PM
340 S Loudon Ave, Baltimore“This location is always super helpful and very nice. I see customers just being rude and nasty which solves no problem at all, but they never return that same negative energy. Postal is a very important and serious job. I appreciate them at Loudon Avenue.”
“Not sure if anyone reads reviews of a USPS. But just in case -- the main gentleman working at this location on the weekday afternoon/evenings is SO great and helpful that I go out of my way to come to this one. I have probably been here about 10-15 times total, and always the same guy. Very patient, very clear with answers/options/solutions, knows what he's doing, and actually makes your day go smoother. I can't think of another post office that runs like that.Down-sides - It's a smaller location, so product selection is limited and sometimes there's a longer wait. The entrance/exit to the parking lot can be confusing.”
