I don’t think I’ve ever in my life been professionally fitted for a bra before today but I am so excited to burn my 4 year old nursing bras purchased online in 2020 that have seen me through two babies and probably never fit. Lynn at Necessary Secrets fit me and had me in a bra that felt like home in-im not joking- 2 minutes from the time I walked in the door. I bought two.
This is your sign that your kids don’t need more clothes, you need a new bra. This was SO MUCH LESS PAINFUL than shopping for bras online, reading reviews, trying them on at home only to return them- or forget to return them and then pay for bras I’ll never wear. YOU KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT.
Edit: their return policy is STRICT. 14 days and only for store credit. I had to return the bra i referenced above because after wearing it for a few minutes it was rubbing in my armpit. They were able to help me find a new bra, but I lost weight and it no longer fits :( so long term it sadly wasn’t the *fit* for me. But I still have store credit so I’ll try again!

For the first time ever I got fitted the bra size “I need” not the size I “can fit that they carry” Susan was amazing I went in for 1 walked out with 3. I wouldn’t even put the one I wore in back on.

I came in because after nursing two kids I was having a hard time finding a style that would work. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the sales person Karen. I felt she was trying to get a sale. I was being particular because again I was having a hard time finding a bra with a good fit. The first bra looked exactly like a nursing bra, I’m nearing 40 and after nursing kids I wanted something nicer looking. I also felt that my privacy wasn’t as respectful as I would have preferred leaving the curtain open constantly, not allowing me to put on the bras myself. While I did find a bra finally someone else came into the fitting room to help. After I was interested in looking for underwear that would match but didn’t find any that did and wanted to just look around the store. However I quickly felt like I was being chaperoned in the store, as if they thought I was going to steal. I make a good living and it surprised me to feel like I was being watched over. I wanted to look around and have some privacy to see if there was anything else that I would like. Instead I left without anything else extra because I was so uncomfortable. I will not be coming back.

My new favorite store! A friend recommended this store to buy bras. Due to my small chest size, tall height, and post-menopausal circumference, it's hard to find a comfortable, proper fitting bra. Let's just say I left with 8 bras, and a lot more ... unique and nice fitting bathing suits, super soft and comfy pajamas, cool and modern jeans, unique shirts, and more! Mindi was amazing and it was a super fun shopping experience. I felt like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman; I was in the dressing room for 2 hours while Mindi brought me lots to try on (at my request)! She was honest, friendly, super knowledgeable about all of the clothing in the store, and not at all pushy. Quality clothing + Support local business = I am happy to pay the price :)

I had an amazing experience here. Even though they were clearly busy, they greeted me with courtesy and I was helped as soon as someone was available.
The salesperson was so kind and helpful. She was very body-positive. The store has lots of sizes, even in less common sizes. At one of their competitors, they only had 1-2 bras to try. This store had so much. I will definitely be back!!

I came in yesterday because I needed to be sized for new bras. I was greeted upon entry and immediately received help with being measured and sized. The lady helping me had me in and out with new bras in twenty minutes! I’m so happy it was such a quick, non-judgmental environment. I’ll definitely coming back soon when I have more time so I can check out their Valentine’s Day stock.

I went to Necessary Secrets for undergarments for a dress I purchased for my son’s wedding. Exceptional service!! I went back several months later because I had lost over 40 lbs and needed to be resize. Again excellent service they really know the brands and sizes and what is best for your shape and size. Thank you!
