Jurries still out. Today I tried to reach out to the Merrill Lynch advisor at the branch who opened my CD 6 months ago as it has matured and I wanted to consider reinvesting but so far all I have achieved is leaving messages in inbox of a person of different gender and name at the phone number on the business card I received. Email to the address come back as undeliverable. Not holding out much hope for a good outcome.

Have been dealing with this branch for many years. No complaint at all! The staff has always been professional and courteous. Have bought foreign currencies with the branch a couple of times. The manager even called me when the foreign currencies arrived.

I have dealt with the branch for many years. They have always been courteous and helpful.The problems I have with Bank of America are on the corporate level. They are just too dam big. They should be broken up. If you call the 800 number as I did yesterday unless you are lucky you will be transferred 7 times and still not find the right department

The ATM by the door is VERY open with NO privacy at all. Everyone from the parking lot can totally see what you are trying to do.

I work right down the street the manager there has refused every single check for my company because of a signature knowing that a multitude of other checks have been cashed same company same checked totally ridiculous

Don’t have an account, I wanted to cash a check. Not many locations are open so I went to this branch. Looked at check and said the twenty didn’t look like the y was on the end. Said they could cash full amount. I said no I’ve cashed before same amount. Call the customer who wrote check. Nope then shows to another lady. Can’t help you , why because I’m white. Is this a racial thing?????? Never have a had more rude , not helpful tellers. Then oh we also don’t see the year right and says can’t cash. Bank of America that’s why I don’t bank with you!!! If I could give No stars I would.

worst customer service imaginable.Last 2 times, only 1 teller line open and i waited 25, then 18 mins. for transaction. no apology. i have been usign this branch since 1992. Inthe past yeaer the current manager seems to think having clients wait in line for long periods is money-saving, because the service here is now GRADE F. problem is: big corporations like this do not care abotu customers. they also here try to see you low yeild money market accounts while you are at the teler if your checking account is observed by them to be substantial. there is low class, lousy service here.
