“I am giving Courtland a 5-star review for his exceptional customer servce. He was attentive, patient and 100% undestanding.On Sunday, I went into the store to pick-up a print order that I placed online, on Saturday.Of course, as usual, it had not been printed. Their usual procedure is to call (the manager) on the phone and she will send the document to print. By the way, the manager is ALWAYS rude and dismissive. This doesn't make sense, but oh, well.I was told that she is unavailable on Sundays and that Courtland did not have access to print a one page order that I had paid for.As can be expected, I was NOT happy. Well, Courtland apologized and the gave me the Store email so that I could resend the document. It was on my laptop, not my phone so I had to go all the way home to do this.Courtland asked me to call him when it was re-sent and assured me that he would print it right away...which he did.UPS needs more employees like Courtland. Courtland, I appreciate everything.The process there, for online print orders is ridiculous!!!”

“I've been here a few times now and the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. I had some packages to send off and I couldn't find a box for one of them. He was kind in offering to leave the box with him and he would take care of it for me. I even got a shipping notification later that evening. The "more" part of the store is accurate as aside from mailboxes and shipping items, you can play the lottery, use the computer, purchase snacks, greeting cards, and other random retail items.”

“Went in to Staples to pick up an order that had been printed in b/w although I had placed the online order in color. The wait time to re-print was a bit long but in the end Shon made it worthwhile. He placed each of the doc reports in clear beautiful binder covers as an apology for such a long wait. It was well worth it as all of the reports fit perfectly and turned out looking incredible. Even got compliments from the attorneys receiving the reports. Thanks again Shon for the good work. Greatly appreciated!!!!

“A few weeks ago I came in and had a wonderful experience worth sharing. My printer broke down a few months ago and Ive been researching new ones with disappointment bc I cant use the same ink that is compatible with my old one, I have lots of it left over.
Sam was super knowledgeable, helpful, and nice when I asked about a good printer recommendation. I had been researching the Epson so when he shared all the perks plus it was on sale and I could get credit for my printer and old ink cartridges it was exactly what I need.
He also shared the importance of maintenance every few months as a way to prolong the working life and quality of your printer. Given good customer service is so hard to come by these days it's important to acknowledge when someone goes out of their way to help you. Sam did just that. I'm very happy with my Epson printer! So far so good.”

“Hands down best post office I’ve been to. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they definitely make you feel welcome & they make sure you don’t spend too much time in line as they get to everyone as quickly as possible. There are other post offices that are closer to me however, I prefer to drive drive an additional 15 minutes because you just don’t get the type of quality service elsewhere. Hats off to the the staff here.”
