I never had any issues with USPS I loved them I get me post carrier workers gifts. When I moved in 20722 area I never my mail and they stole so much not the neighbors the workers I went to all my neighbors and no one had my missing packages or mail the carrier just do not deliver correctly.
I put in claims after claim and nothing is done. My mother just moved here Feb 13th from a bad nursing home in NC. I had to go to social security administration and social service SNAP office to get all her needs. I have informed mail emails I see the mail is in route to me but it never reach my mailbox never. I submit that I never received it on the website and nothing happens. Now I get letters saying my mother benefits are going to be on hold because we didn't reply I never received the mail but I see its coming in my informed mail emails.
How do we report this area no one cares I have had so many calls and emails and nothing happens no one gets back no mail. So I will have to take off work again because USPS in Brentwood MD carrier for my complex Capital Square can mot seem to deliver the important mail correctly. I m trying to get the NEWS involved this is sad how they treat people and miss deliver mail that is time sensitive.
Help someone I wrote letters I need help I need my mother mail and important mail that comes to my home with out worrying it will be miss delivered.

Frequently I have received only the magazine cover torn off of the magazine for mail delivery. The magazine is not delivered to me at all. This especially happens with my "People Magazine" special editions. I'm not sure if a post office employee is reading and keeping the magazine and only sending me the cover page, or if there is a problem with the distribution process. My magazines are not only read by me, but I also shared with my elderly neighbor who also forwards the magazines to her sister in an assisted living facility. This is very frustrating and costly for me.

Why do they close at 3?I rushed to get there by 5, thinking like all other post office's, they close at 5. So I can pick up a certied letter.Nope 3pm closing. Who gets out of work by 3 to go to the post office? Which means I have to wait until Saturday when I have time. Very inconvinient.

something is seriously wrong with this post master? the large white man. he is creepy. and makes me uncomfortable. he has given wrong information to agencies about people living at my house, and its repulsive… i have lived in the same house my whole life for 36 years and the last thing i need is a post master lying on legal documents. i do not trust him. and has contributed a great amount of stress in my life.

The young Black lady who works at the post office occasionally is very customer friendly; however the gentleman ( and I am being kind ) who is there everyday is not pleasant at all. He needs to be retrained in customer service or find a more suitable job. He is not happy. The Post Master is very kind and engaging to customers.

Big dude always in the back taking 30 to 40 minutes to come to the front desk to just complain about a box that isn’t right. I then ask for a new shipping label and charging me for the same large rate box prices. What’s going on in his head. Turkey.

I often wonder why this post office even exists. When we travel I usually submit a stop mail form expecting to be able to pick up the bundle we we return, but because they don't have a hand in delivering the mail (despite being the designated post office for the town) we can't do that. Even if you could their hours are only from 9am to 3pm, open too late to stop by before and closed too early to stop by after work. Instead you have to call some other facility miles away to ask them to resume delivery. I wish they would just close it and combine those operations with the Mt. Rainier post office only 2 blocks away. Seems like a waste of money not to.

The best service I've EVER had at a post office! The young lady (with the awesome blue nail polish) greeted me warmly as soon as I walked in the door. She patiently helped me determine the best way to ship a book & some clothes. Super friendly, I wish I got her name because she really deserves recognition. I'd drive the 5 miles just to come back here again. Thank you!

Summary: do not take mail here that you are mailing outside of the U.S.! It took the clerk more than 20 minutes to figure out how to ship a package to Europe. I went in on Saturday morning to mail two things: a large box going somewhere in the U.S., and a small package I was mailing to Germany. The clerk said that I should pay for each separately because the German package would take a while. (I probably should have taken this as a warming.) He did all right with the large U.S. package. He had some trouble understanding his computer, but it didn't take too long. Then he turned to the German package. I just had one question: which form should I fill out? (It had been a while--I've mostly been shipping things through Amazon--and the forms had changed.) He didn't know, and he had a hard time looking it up. He'd never seen the form before. He asked me questions that I had already answered on the form. He said he couldn't read my (very clear, block capital) printing. In "Munich 81739, Germany" he asked if 81739 (the only number listed) was the zip code. Then he asked if it was the postal code. He didn't know that European addresses don't list states, and asked me if Germany was the state. Even though the package was sitting on a scale, he asked me how much I thought it weighed, because he couldn't figure out how to see the weight. ( I could see the weight on the customer screen, and he asked me to repeat it twice.) He spent a very long time on his computer, occasionally asking me to repeat information or read things off the customer screen that he couldn't see on his side. Finally, after more than 20 minutes, he printed postage and gave me a receipt. He had clearly never mailed anything outside of the U.S. before. I seriously recommend against using this post office, at least if you have any international mail. PS: the clerk wasn't wearing a uniform, so I suppose it's possible he didn't belong there...
