“Passing through the area from New Jersey had tire trouble the crew there found a slow leak in one of my tires that I have had looked at multiple times besides that I actually pulled off and said that was the best experience I've had at a tire shop. That surprised me because you normally don't pull away from a tire shop thinking how great of an experience it was you just go and get a tire fixed but it was friendly service. Had a Hometown shop atmosphere. The service was speedy and Professional.”

“This is an excellent tire shop! Great communication on the phone and in person, honest assessment, and quality work. I had a flat tire and changed to my spare. I called Quality Discount Tire and they were able to order my tire (I wanted to match the rest) and schedule me for an appointment the next day. They promptly installed the new tire, checked my tire pressure sensors and even put my spare tire and wrenches back. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and very happy with the result.”

“The team at Far East Motors is friendly and helpful. They give a detailed report of any repairs and costs before beginning work. They do a great job and are cost conscious when working on my older model Ford Focus and Town and Country minivan. They have diagnosed AC/vent issues, cooling system repairs, have replaced our brakes,
done suspension work, tire repair, and general maintenance work on our cars. They always keep you up to date on the progress of your vehicle repairs and diagnostics. They are a great local small business, I really can’t recommend them enough. John and his team stand behind their work and I trust their recommendations for my vehicles. He’s a friendly, honest and a good service advisor, hard to find nowadays. The facility is neat and clean, and there’s WiFi in the waiting room, coffee. “Texted Mary at 9 pm on a Friday and was quoted a fair price to plug the tire if possible. We arranged for her to come out to my house at 8 am the next morning. Unfortunately, the tire was too damaged to repair, but Mary quoted a fair price to replace it on site. You will need to get new tires rebalanced after Mary installs them (has to be done at a garage, can't be done on-site), so I ended up going with a shop who could do everything all at once on Mary's suggestion. Very happy with the service though, and wouldn't hesitate to call her in a roadside emergency.”
“Absolutely great experience. Had a tire with a screw in and they patched me up quickly and got me on my way. Many places nowadays don’t patch up tires and just want to sell you a new one.

“I like the ease of getting same or next day appointment. Had my 15 year old SUV towed to Johnsons Auto Service as it had a dead battery and a few other issues that needed to be resolved. Johnsons provided an estimate, which was reasonable, and quickly serviced my SUV. I was able to pick it up the day after it was towed there. Unfortunately, there was still an issue with the vehicle when I picked it up as the red battery indicator light was coming on intermittently as I was driving home. (That's the reason I took off 1 star). I initially thought the indicator light would potentially reset itself, but the next day, the indicator light was back on. So I brought my SUV back to Johnsons. They were apologetic, did another diagnostic (at no charge), found the problem, gave me the estimate for the additional part, and quickly fixed the issue. Now all is well and my SUV is running fine. Although it took 2 visits to fix my SUV, I was happy with the speed of service (both times), reasonable price, and their location is great because they are only 5 minutes from my home. I will be bringing my SUV there again for service in the future.”
