Got 4 new tires 2 months later 2 tires started wearing horrible I had gotten front end alignment tires defective retreats owner would not do anything about it. Poor service do not go there

I called him on the phone and asked how much the tire was he said 40 and when I got there he said 60 lol no customer service what’s so ever don’t go there and there tires are old and ripping apart

Stopped by today in the cold and wet, but still got great service. I was helped by a young man named Josue who was just very helpful. I will be back and will be sending friends and family.

very friendly & honest. i called many places before coming here special asking if they had my size tire in run flats. everywhere told me yes but once i arrived they were not actually run flats. he assured me they had the tires i was looking for & gave me the price over the phone. when i arrived they did have the correct tires & the price on the phone was consistent. very quick service i was in & out but still friendly. would recommend.

Horrible customer service by the boss. I asked him a question and he goes on to yell at me. Should not do business at this store. I asked him whether the wheel needs balancing after a patch due to the tire coming off the wheel. He goes on to yell that I am only paying for the patch. I wasn’t arguing about the price I just wanted to know if the wheel needed it. Would not recommend coming here.

Very dismissive and refused to give me the service even though he showed me the tires. Even when i agreed with his price. I had flat tires and was desperate looking for tires.

Worst customer service and price unless you speak Spanish then you should be good… old guy in the shop said to talk to a mechanic outside about my problem but he cut me off and told me he’s busy when I introduced myself.
