Desmond replaced my brakes and rotors very reasonably but then I heard a weird noise and brought it back to him. He showed me the problem and fixed it! He was very kind and informative in both experiences. You can trust him to fix your car

Experienced and very knowledgeable, good customer service and most of all when there is honesty it brings trust. Several years ago I had a 16 year old Toyota Corolla , it could not pass emissions but when I took it to Car Lord that was history, It pass immediately. Now he services my Toyota Sienna. Desmond knows the science of cars and his fees are comparable and manageable. Go see him .

Trustworthy, Upfront, and HonestI found Carlord after a horrific experience with another repair facility in the area. I looked in google and saw their amazing reviews and decided to give them a try. From the first time I arrived at the shop I received amazing customer service. The shop was technically closed when I arrived but the Owners Nephew was still kind enough to speak with me about my issue and advised me what time Mr.Desmond would be in. I waited and spoke to Mr.Desmond, let him know my issue and he assured me he would take care of me. Ms.Lolita was amazing with helping me with my warranty people, and walking me through the entire process. It felt good not to worry about somebody getting over on me because she showed me everything up front, what I would be paying, what it was for, and what the warranty would cover. I’m so appreciative to the entire team. After my vehicle was dropped off it was ready in two days as promised. Thank you Carlord Team. Shall I need any services on my vehicle again I will surely be back.

The best automotive experience I've had in a long time! From the initial appointment booking to the service provided on my vehicle. The young lady took my information and concerns about my vehicle and followed up with a confirmed appointment date and time. Prior to performing any work, the shop owner spoke with me and offered suggestions/options regarding vehicle make and model.
