I wouldn’t recommend this dealership , i put a deposit down on a car tuesday & was promised it would be here saturday. They were blowing up my phone prior to getting a deposit , now that i want it back because it’s saturday and they have no idea when the car i am seeking to purchase will be here, The manager is unavailable & now they have $1000 of my money. Whoever chris is in sales was rude & told me he doesn’t have anything to do with my deposit. Wouldn’t recommend

My brother and I went there to pick up a car that was on the shop I had a little bit trouble with my car window and one of the salesman tried to help me get the window up but I realized that the car wasn't on I was a little bit embarrassed but it was the thought ? that counted I forgot to get his name but at least he tried to help me when I thought that it wouldn't go up ????thank you for trying to help me get my window up when I thought that it was stuck????????

My experience with Buick GMC of Brandywine was too notch all around. I initially went in to get my GMC terrain serviced, the service technicians were very helpful, listened to my concerns and provided me a thorough explanation of what they were working on.
On to the sales floor, I was not in the market for a new necessarily, but I NEEDED to leave with a vehicle (either mine or a new one). Charles Carpenter (Mr. Charles as I called him) saw me walking the lot and came over and began talking with me.
After a hour or so, Mr. Charles and this AWESOME team was able to help me secure a brand new Buick Encore GX.
I cannot thank this team enough for their help. They went above and beyond to support me in this purchase. Thank you Charles and the entire Buick GMC Brandywine team! ?

I was very disappointed with this visit. I asked for a simple state inspection and feel as if I was over priced. I had asked if there would be any issues with my car being registered in VA and was assured that it was no problem when I made the appointment. Car was rejected for tinting which clearly is noted on my registration.
I came home to VA and passed inspection and only paid $20 vs $139 that was paid at Brandywine GMC
