Second time I have brought my 82 year old mother here for blood work i dint post a review the first time because I gave a second chance for a first impression but do yourself a favor don't give this place your business there attitude and so called beside manner to the elderly are nonexistent at best.

The staff is always timely, courteous and professional. I make an appointment online and only a short wait, if any. The facility is clean and adequate parking. The best labcorp in the area!

I’ve had an overall positive experience in the past few years I’ve been going. Normally I try to schedule an appointment because it’s faster. Scanning the QR code for check in is fast. Sometimes walk in can be a longer wait. I go for myself and my family. Had a very good experience today. My seven year old was nervous about having blood drawn because another tech at a different facility had blown her vein. Even with my daughter resisting the blood draw this time, the tech got the vein and once my daughter calmed down from worrying she’d have the same experience, my daughter said “I only want to go to this place if I need to get a needle again”. So I am glad this tech was able to rectify what went wrong for my daughter’s unfortunate previous experience and give my daughter a more positive experience. Thank you

The phlebotomist have zero customer service. 3 times I have been there it's been a bad experience. Talking to them is like a fight especially the one one who's name starts with an A now the attitude is rubbing off on the one I thought was nice. It's been a bad experience. Lab Corp ur employees represent you. You have some training to do. While u ask them to police. For your money. It can still be done in a nice way

Now I can Honestly say The Brandywine site is the best ever. After experiencing the Rachet unprofessional incompetent rude staff at the Clinton office it was a pleasure to visit this site. And I would highly recommend this place by all means. The staff Andrea and Erika were a dream come true to me.

After experiencing terrible services at the Clinton location yesterday. It was so refreshing to receive excellent outstanding and professional services at the Brandywine location, which is located on the lower level of the Medstar Health building. I made the appointment at 11 am for 12:45 pm, arrived at 12:30, received a text to come in, and was done and back in my car by 12:47 pm. The waiting room was clean and comfortable, with many empty seating. The lab was a very clean and sterile environment, I will be coming back here for all my blood work! The best part was she got two tubes, at the first attempt, and it didn't hurt. My new spot.

Never again will I visit this LabCorp for any services needed. I never understood the point in making an appointment if once you get there the establishment won't honor your appointment time. I'm ok with a 5/10 minute grace period for waiting. Had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 am didn't get my blood work done until 12:15pm and then there was an issue with my paperwork. Annoyed is an understatement right now! Will definitely not be back to this location until they get it together all around.

The staff are rude and unprepared. The check in system is “down” and the employee said they keep a “system down” Sign up because if they allow more than 6 registrations the system crashes. When I arrived on time for my appointment. I waited in my car until they sent a text message to come in for my appointment. Upon arriving, there was absolute chaos with people stacked together waiting for their appointment along with wall-in patients. The staff were behind a locked door with no one there to provide instructions. So far I have waited for 30 minutes AFTER being summonsed to come in for my appointment.They are disorganized and rude. Others waiting said “it’s always like this.” More stafff should be hired and the the manager should be removed from their position—this is unacceptable.

I have used this location at least 12 times. The service is reasonably quick. Even when the waiting area was full, my wait was about 10 minutes. I always make appointments. The staff members are cordial and professional. They follow proper protocol for collecting blood. I know because I am a Medical Technologist. So far, the phlebotomy has been good. No veins have been ruined. Had a terrible phlebotomist at a hospital in Baltimore, she stuck me 4 times and never got blood. I had a hematoma in 2 areas. Hematomas usual occur in phlebotomy when the needle goes through the vein. I had 2 large dark purple areas on my right arm for 2 weeks. The plebotomists here have been good at avoiding hematomas. The only problem that has happened, was when I left a message on their answering system. My call was never returned. Don't leave a message, keep calling until a person picks up. Things get done when you actually talk to a person. The Labcorp in Waldorf at 12070 Old Line Center, Ste 201 is also quick. I recommend this location for their quick service and competency.
