Had my car sent here by insurance after it was stolen for a few days before I could get back (around Christmas time). When I went to get my car they drove it out on a fork lift unprotected on the under belly of my car (which was drivable). Continue on to the horror of finding my car stripped of the driving manual, floor mats, internal car Bluetooth and had new external damage-all from the lot- we had insurance photos and police photos of the car from prior to the lot. When we ordered a used manual online it came from the same town. If I could give it a negative star I would.

Helpful staff. Fast and efficient. Ample room for parking and maneuvering. Loaders are very skilled.

THEFTS - someone stole car cover after car was towed to lot. Not taking responsibility for theft/refund/replacing cover. Grahams tow company remembers my car and leaving cover in car.

Filled out a form online and you choose a time window that they will call you to come pick up your car. I chose 9/17 between 12-4 pm. I took off work expecting a call. I called earlier in the morning with a question to their toll free number and they said that the person who was coming to pick up my car would be able to answer my specific questions and they would call when they were 30 mins away. Never got a call. Called back to the toll free number and they were closed. I had a confirmation number and just never heard anything.

Beth Long - that's the name at IAAI; I had a major auto accident, my car was towed there and then they couldn't find it in the lot. I was getting frustrated, but Beth took care of the situation, made sure they found the car and I got out of there, while with a significant wait, with everything I needed to get my auto life back together after the accident. Don't get me wrong, the whole thing was a pain in the a$$, but Beth was awesome and is quite an asset to IAAI. Subesquently she even mailed me items I had left in the car and forgot. Thank you Beth and thank you IAAI for hiring such stand-up employees.
