Please stay away from this facility if you can! Debra Vereen and her assistant was extremely rude. When i started crying from her being rude to me she had the nerve to ask me if i was suffering from depression. This was my first and last time visiting this facility! Do better!

I switched providers and requested the transfer of my family’s medical records to the new provider in January 2024. Despite completing the necessary forms again in March 2024, the records were never sent. Every time I call, the line goes straight to voicemail, and the message says there’s no one available to respond. Now, my new provider does not have my children's medical records, and I’m unsure about their upcoming appointments or vaccinations.
When I finally reached someone through the main number, a representative tried to connect me to the records department, but no one was available. She informed me that I should have received the records within 10 business days, yet it’s been nearly 10 months, and still nothing.
On top of that, the wait times at this provider were unacceptable. Every time I scheduled an appointment, I would wait over an hour before even getting called in for preliminary checks. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this provider due to the lack of communication, excessive delays, and poor customer service.

This place is horrible!!!!! They never answer the phone!!!! I've been waiting for over 2 weeks just for a prescription!!!!!

This is where my Primary Physician is located. I am truly happy that this location is very near my residence. I don't have to Travel far. I Love the service I receive and will continue visiting this place - Also the Pharmacy is exceptional as well.

I come two times and they had a bad comstumer service. And they afe really racist to Hispanic I came one day with my daughter and i waited more them an hour they never got her and even the Hispanic people that work there they are all really racist and rude i don't recommend to gk there.

Brandywine office: When I got to my 10:30 appointment, I was told that I had missed my appointment. They told me it was at 8:30. I would never make an appt that early because I take my daughter to school at 8:50 about 45min away from the office. I had received texts confirming my appt was at 10:30, and I was told that “they don’t send those out”. Well, who does? I was still seen, but had to wait. He squeezed me in, but it was pretty much a complete waste of my time because it was just an “exam”. No cleaning, just X-rays. I had to make two additional appts (one for cleaning, and then another for a filling, because apparently that’s just how they do it even though it doesn’t make much sense, but i guess it does to them if they get paid for extra/pointless appts). I have cavities due to GERD and acid reflux, but my cavities won’t be filled until February! I just feel like my time was wasted & not only did the front desk lady not apologize, I was actually blamed for it when I 100% would NEVER make an appt that early, especially not in another county! I do want to say that the hygienist who helped the dentist was very nice! She not only apologized on behalf of the company, but looked further into the matter & confirmed that my appt WAS for 10:30. I really want to get my fillings done as soon as possible, so I plan to call around to see if there’s sooner appts elsewhere.

This review is about the La Plata location. if you are considering this place for any type of medical care, DOM'T.This place is a joke. First, it does not look like a place where you get medical care. it sure feels like a rehab center or an animal shelter.I picked this place because of its proximity to my place of residence. I was looking to establish primary care and get a physical. The place is not ran by any doctors, it is ran by a NP. They took my vitals and took to a room where they forgot about for 30 minutes. When I finally inquired, they said yeah we are running a little behind. Running behind is waiting for 5-10 minutes. Waiting to be seen by an NP for 30 minutes is a joke. No apology given or attempt to rectify the situation.I packed my belongings and just left. I can't trust my health to a poorly managed place that looks tacky AF.

I lost my vaccine record shots, I came here 2014. Is it possible to show up at the place & is there a way to know if they could give me my shots record again? I need it for school.I want to be reassured that they can help me out.

I would like to leave a 10 for the doctor, he is a good person and the majority, but the resectionist is obnoxious, she throws things at you and if you ask her something, she doesn't answer, it seems like she doesn't want to work. They should change it Yes. He is a recessionist because he has to serve his clients well. I don't know if it's just with Hispanics. Or with everyone but from afar you can see that he doesn't like Hispanics
