Fedex is unreliable as they come, their tracking is unreliable, their customer service relies heavily on these wrong tracking.. Nobody is sure, where package is, so wrong information is continually provided to customers.

The Fed Ex drivers are terrible in my area. I was awaiting a package for my business and was present at the location at 8 am for a package that was to be delivered no later than 1030am. I happened to check the status of the delivery at 950am, and it said an attempt had been made to deliver the package, which was a complete lie. No Fed Ex truck stopped in front or near my location. Upon contacting customer service, they stated the driver said there was no access to the location, another lie. The businesses in my building open early, and the gate to the courtyard opens at 7am on weekdays. This is not the first time I have had this issue. If I could give the driver a negative number, I would. It would also be much easier to be able to contact the Fed Ex facility directly, but there is only an 800 number, which makes it difficult to get a straight answer. That's why I NEVER use Fed Ex, and I HATE it when my vendors do!!

I was completely satisfied the service and atmosphere. The customer service was OUTSTANDING! The front desk attendant was very attentive and efficient. This location has everything you need and will go above and beyond to get you needs met in a timely met.

I'd give a 0 if I could. Worst place to send anything through. Paid $25 for overnight delivery for these folks to NOT deliver the item. I've been calling everyday for the past week and everyday it's a different story. Now it's waiting for pickup, meanwhile no one requested a pickup as I live in CALIFORNIA and the package is at a facility in BALTIMORE. Please avoid this place at all costs. It's not worth it.

Every time I order something and it's FedEx delivering it, I KNOW something is going to go wrong. This is the 7th time they claim they delivered my package but its not here... I contacted customer service and she said to wait while they try to get in touch with the driver.

The owner at this location is phenomenal!! She is so pleasant and equally knowledgeable about her craft!! She goes out of her way to assist and help you fix your product making it professional and presentation-ready. I echo the same sentiments for all the employees that I’ve encountered there. I drive out of my way to come to this store because I leave knowing that my package will be handled properly and I’ll be treated with respect. This location is the best location in the DMV area to handle all of your packaging/mail/graphic design needs. Support your local business. Shout out to the graphics guy and the young lady their now!!

This is in a strange location but has a ton of parking. The interior looked brand new and organized and the staff were really friendly and helpful in processing a FedEx Next Day package I needed to ship.

I'm sure there's someone (or a few people) who work at this location who have built a whole house, wardrobe and a new lifestyle from the things they've STOLEN from others. This is the ONLY company I know where you can steal and remain employed, THIS LOCATION SPECIFICALLY. They purposely don't scan items so they can be deemed as "lost" & they can "magically" disappear to go home with them. I've called to complain, written emails to corporate at least 20 times in the last 2 years alone. If it's fedex's responsibility to deliver my package, why is it when I ask where's my package, they say "I don't know". And on this particular occasion, it was not just ONE but TWO packages. That's no coincidence, THEY STEAL!! How fedex can be a logistics company with no knowledge or competence of basic logistics is BEYOND me, customer service needs major work too!

If I could leave zero stars I would! Awaiting a PS5 and I'm sure the driver has stolen it. I'm home everyday waiting just to get a message saying a delivery attempt was made. No knock, no call, no door tag, NOTHING! Was told they don't make deliveries on Sunday's but alas a "delivery attempt was made" and at 8:49 am wtf else would I be on a Sunday at 8:49 am. Then after speaking to a supervisor I've been told that due to the high volume of packages the driver decided that he would just put in the system that a delivery attempt was made 3x when it really wasn't. This is travesty! This place is terrible! I have to now contact the shipper to have my package held at a facility for me to pick up. I'm sure from now until then they have enough time to "lose" it.
