This location has never been the best, but I'm not here to go after this store specifically. I'm here about the fact that Costco is going downhill in general. Seriously, what makes Costco, the retailer that turned its nose up at Purdue chicken because of the latter's production and food cleanliness issues, think that putting steaming roast chickens into flimsy plastic bags is a good idea? Has Costco leadership been living under a slab of rock during this, the era of microplastics? Also, there are the prepared food counter issues... and the double checking of IDs... but those are longstanding problems that should have been dispensed with long ago. What they're doing to their chickens is a new travesty. I'd have paid .50 or a dollar more to keep enjoying the roasters in the trays they've been packaged in. Not a positive direction for Costco.

The staff are nice and help you if you can't reach something. Every time I come here, they find a way to outdo themselves! They are really outstanding!!!!!!!!!!!

Over the years, my experience with Costco has been mostly decent. Today was completely opposite. It was my first time ordering pizza to go. I ordered two pizzas at 4:22. By 5:00, I was still waiting with about three orders in front of mine. I went to the window to ask the cashier if my order was being made. He said it would be another 30 minutes because the sauce machine was broken and another employee just fixed it. I ended up asking for a refund. About 5 other customers followed. That was way too long to wait for two pizzas. I think I was more upset that no employee told us what was going on and continued taking orders like everything was fine. Communication is key.
