VERY Understaffed, waited nearly 40 minutes for a pizza. Only 3 checkout lanes open. One person checking receipts at the door. Had as many supervisors available as there were cashiers -- make it make sense Would recommend going to Glenarden/Bowie location instead.

The next closest one is Alexandria and Glenarden. So, this is convenient. The employees are probably the friendliest ever.

I'm team Costco until I die. I'm in here 2-3 times a month. I was craving some pizza today which is absolutely fire every time I come here. Giving them four stars because they were being lazy with my pizza today. You have to apply the pepperonis everywhere. They missed a couple of slices #EatGoodAndBeHappy

This place has the most ignorant and stupid employees. The cashier did nothing but talk about how Trump was gonna win. I don't wanna hear anyone's politics when I'm at a grocery store !! Then as I leave the stupid lady at the exit accused me of cutting in front of the fat lady on the electric scooter. Like wtf are you serious? After telling her a thing or 2 on doing the most for no reason I was so angry I had to write this review. Never again

So this review isn't so much about this Costco as it is about Costco in general. What angers me is hearing on the news that they made $5 Billion in membership fees and now are going to implement more ways to make sure you didn't sneak in and aren't using someone else's membership, and no more $1 hot dog if you aren't a member. I mean jeez at Wheaton mall, the food court is outside the store, in the mall. We cant keep putting up with this corporate greed in every facet of our lives.

On December 17, 2023, I visited the Brandywine #1039 location like I do very often and wanted to pick up a few items as well as return an item that had a recall. I picked up the items I wanted first and then went to customer service desk, thinking I could return my item and purchase the clothing items I wanted. Nancy at the front desk assisted me. The first question I asked was, would I be able to purchase my items here and she explained politely that I had to go back to the registered to purchase my items. I told her it was no problem. During the transaction, an elderly, slim, caucasian woman, who identified herself as Patricia, walked over from the front door and asked "is this a return? What's going on with these items?", referring to the items I wanted to purchase. I told her it's not a return. At this time, there were three ladies all standing close by and Nancy explained I was going to purchase the items. Patricia then stated, "Because he walked past the registers." I felt extremely discriminated against and embarrassed in front of everyone. I frequent this location often and never experienced anything like this until Patricia tried to insinuate and accuse me of attempted theft. I never tried to exit the store and I was standing at the customer service desk being assisted. It was no need or reason for this lady up embarrass me in this manner. This is not the type of employee that should be associated with Costco #1039. Instead of trying to embarrass me in front of everyone, she could have quietly asked the other associates what was going on with the items. Furthermore, I have to give the employees my Costco card in order to get a return. If I was going to steal anything after giving employees my Costco card, that would be extremely ignorant on my behalf. Another associate did attempt to assist me and stated she would walk me to the register and ring up my items, but in my frustration, I decided not to purchase the items. I would hope that Store Manager Shadi would address to matter as soon as possible to not allow another customer to experience harassment and embarrassment as I did.

It's Costco, you know them. No need for me to write a bunch of the obvious. I finally broke down and got a membership after many years because of their gas. Most cost-effective around. Historically I've always been a BJs Wholesale and Sam's Club guy, but having the Gas Buddy app I always saw the prices for Costco as well as the others and it was always better. The line is long like everywhere else but it moves faster than BJs and Sam's For some reason. Finally got a membership and I'll be in there for gas + their little cafe area food too. Costco has a better meat selection too than other big box stores. I get those pork ribs, three slabs to a pack. Can't beat it anywhere. Oh and I love this seaweed salad.

11/04/23 through 11/08/23 Went to Costco's Tire Center Brandywine, Maryland for tire rotation noise. On 7/03/22 Purchased Michelin Pilot Sport $45,000 Mile tires and still had 7,000 miles left when rotating noise started. Visited store on 11/4/23 and explained tire rotation noise loudest around 25 MPH, with windows up and foot off gas. Car was not test driven. I was told to have my alignment checked after I told them I wanted two new tires and alignment doesn't make that type of noise. The associate said they don't hear the noise I referenced . Returned to store on November 5th. I told the employee, I didn't want to leave store without two new tires and cost was not an issue for me. Supervisor drives my car, faster than the 25 mph, speeding through the parking lot with the window down and tells me he does not hear noise I referenced and to go to service for alignment. Supervisor says if service says it's the tires they will give me a better discount but he believes it's the car mechanics not the tire. Monday 6th, I go to service, pay for Diagnostic. Technician here's the noise I'm referencing and list tires as a problem. I am told to buy new tires before doing the alignment because doing the alignment with bad tires could throw the alignment off when I put the new tires on. Tires were rotated. I go to a second service station for Diagnostic. I go back to Costco's Tire Center and tell them I need two new tires. A different supervisor drives the car into bay and says he does not hear the noise and can't test drive. Says get struts/car checked. I tell him to rotate the tires and put the best tires in the front. On the 7th I go to another service shop that I am confident in. This shop here's the noise and says that the worst two tires have been put in the front. One tire with a obvious nail plug and another tire with a nail in it. I go back to Costco's on the 8th, this time I want to speak with the store manager. Store manager speaks with the tire center supervisor, Brandon, and the process starts all over again. Tire cnt supervisor drives the car, he hears the tire rotation noise I'm referencing and what's surprising is the best two tires are in the front, so it's not even as loud as it was when the other 3 Costco's employees claimed they could not hear noise. After putting on the new tires and getting an alignment. The alignment shows tenths of a change difference and straight ahead in red. I wanted 2 new tires to get alignment, because something was causing the front tires to make noise (like tire is about to explode or axle coming apart) and feathering since having tow driver drop the car. There was a problem with the alignment but the noise was because the tires had been ruined. 5 days of my time wasted and being angered. The supervisor of the tire center writes on my receipt that I can not bring the car back for tire noise. I'm very insulted because I just paid for new tires and paid for a new warranty. The tire cnt supervisor, Brandon, also goes as far as to write my vehicle has scratches and dents all over. Not sure what scratches and dents have to do with my tires but his statement is just completely false. I take his statement as his way of justifying that my car is the problem and not Costco's tires. For employees/supervisors that cannot hear and supervisor, Brandon, that sees what doesn't exist, makes a pretty awful team. With this lack of tire care I can never entrust my car to these technicians. Make sure you take Q-tips with you when you're having a noise problem if you're visiting this Costco. See my reviews of other prominent businesses and their blunders.

This Costco has an excellent variety of high end/name brand products. The store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I always look forward to shopping here and can't wait to see what's new:) The only negative is the gas pumps. They usually have really long lines and it can take 15-20 minutes just to get gas. I usually pass and fill the tank elsewhere.

Seems pretty consistent in terms of shopping needs. Any time I come here, shelves are organized and the store is clean. Personnel are friendly. Honestly, most Costco's I go to are pretty good, and would recommend if you want to buy items in bulk and get "cheap" gasoline. This one is no different.

This review is for Costco gas. The attendants were helpful and friendly. The lines were not very long and of course the prices were great!

This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever seen. They are extremely slow and let you stand at the counter before they even acknowledge you like it's a bother I will take my money across the street to target.
