Had a part for pickup. Tried telling me to not show up to pick up 10 min before they close. And to just come back at Monday.
How convenient they were still open and I got my part at 1:50. Clowns

I went to Brandywine to pull some parts for a car. I should have seen what was coming when I noticed there were no customers there, NOT ONE PERSON. The nasty @ss counter guy charged me $2.00 to enter the yard, and then did not tell me where the fords were. I assumed I could figure it out on my own. Went into the yard. None of the cars were in specific groups, no Ford section, no Chevy section, etc. Just a bunch of cars all mixed up. I finally asked a yard guy, he told me that the guy up front should have told me where the fords were and then drove on. After looking for a half hour I gave up. This used to be a first class operation...30 years ago. By the way I'm a mechanic, and I know my way around a salvage yard. In my opinion this is not a salvage yard any more, it's a junk yard. Do not waste your time.

All out good service and no hassle getting what u need. They also have great prices and a variety of cars not completely picked over. I'd recommend to anyone who needs parts. Only thing is they're only open on the weekdays

Mari Austin, sales/customer service representative is very vague & unprofessional. Made me wait 2 hours thinking I was about to get a part. Only to make me stay pass closing time. Then I walk up to the last 2 workers (which was her and her short fragile husband) that are leaving only to be shouted at & threaten by saying they was going to call the cops on me. I, very confused just wanted an explanation while her husband was yelling at me behind lock doors. Finally got them to talk only to blame me for the miscommunication. Seriously? I heard y'all was bad but not upright dogshiet. Mari was very vague, misleading & just incompetent. From the first time I walked up with my order number she ain't say anything for the next 5 minutes. Just made me stand there for 30 mins only to tell me the part don't work or it's not there, (the usual lies they tell) and then handed me another work order (1hr prior to closing) and said "they" will call me later. Then she said a mechanic will call me. Then I told her I'll just sit in my car and wait till they do call me and she said agreed. She made me think I was getting a call from that same store for a part I was going to get & I just sat in my car.

I had my windshield replaced at Brandywine Auto today. It cost $165 for a new windshield and $150 for the labor. This was less than I was quoted at another shop. I purchased a brand new windshield which they ordered for me. They also have a pick and pay lot for used parts (I didn't venture over to that side). I paid for the windshield last week and it took one day to arrive. I came in today to have it installed and it took less than an hour. The customer service was good. I recommend this place for windshields.

I've been calling for a couple of weeks but keep getting the run around. Pretty rude and unwilling to talk to the customer for some reason. Maybe they're fine if you actually go there, but they treat you like you pissed in their cereal if you call them.

I posted on the Brandywine site about the warranty I paid 200.00 For and some person posted that they have no record of me purchasing anything from them I have every reciept and you can not be any type of manager for brandywine auto parts to tell someone who has spent over 1000.00 dollars in your establishment your investigating skill need to be updated in the mean time my car is sitting in a shop for months waiting on you people to acknowledge my warranty and do the right thing.

I called Brandywine. I was transferred to and put on hold by 4 people. I then hung up, called back, told the woman who answered I'd hung up and called back and she replied in the bitchiest tone I've ever heard from a business "Well, that'll get you put on hold again". I forged ahead and asked if they had seats for a Toyota truck and she said "We don't inventory seats" then hung up on me. Two messages, first for those who might call Brandywine and second, my response to that nasty woman I talked to. Don't call them unless you like being on hold for 10 minutes and then not getting what you called for. As for Ms. Nastiness, please feel free to buss my posterior...two cheeks, no waiting.

Being thankful not only shows good manners, but a simple expression of thankfulness can go a long way in relationships and communication with others. It not only enhances our own lives, but makes other people feel appreciated,

DID NOT STAND BEHIND BAD TRANSMISSION THEY SOLD ME. I bought a used transmission for my 2006 Ford Explorer through Brandywine auto parts. Due to delays at the shop I was working with the transmission sat for several months uninstalled. Now this is a legit Exxon station with an ongoing relationship with Brandywine. Once installed the transmission sent error codes like a Christmas tree. I had the vehicle towed to another shop to make certain it was not install error. Same codes, tranny no good. So I spoke with MARK the manager and he said the tranny had only a 30 day warranty. Now mind you we had three service stations corroborating the fact that the transmission was bad, and had only just been installed. The trans was bad from day one, and instead of standing behind his product, and providing a new one, Mark stonewalled me and stood behind his short warranty. His scrap iron transmission cost me $750, plus the install cost, $1000, plus towing fees $120 plus rebuilding his worthless transmission, another $1200.00 He could have done the right thing and seen that his transmission was junk from day one, but he screwed me with the short warranty clause. Thanks again Mark. Watch these jokers they are unethical.

As the reviews state, terrible customer service!!!!!! Rude and unfriendly. Do not support this business. I wish I read the comments before taking my truck here. I was so happy to find a discounted Engine that I took a chance. Huge mistake!!!!! Buying the engine was ok. However installing and waiting months and then driving off and the check engine light came back on. And being told to take to Autozone was the issue!!!!!!
