I wish I could leave less than one star, but BEWARE this is yet another lemon lot!! You might get lucky if you are, or can bring a trusted mechanic with you like i did. So i guess the one star in the review can go for customer service because everyone i met was kind and polite seemed really helpful. But I don't know if that was because they're maybe ignorant as to what they are selling you, or if its because they know they're getting another sucker

I wish I could give negative stars. I went last week inquiring about a vehicle. I came back several times over the next few days while they tried to figure out what the issue was with the sensor. The whole time I was told I was first in line for this car. I told them I'd be in today to buy it and filled out the paperwork. Before I got there, I received a message saying it was sold. Please don't purchase from this greedy dealership...The worst sales practice I've ever seen.

Would not recommend, especially if you upset the owner and they sell the car out from under you after you agree to meet with the salesman the following Monday and you message the salesman the Thursday before to let him know that you will be in Monday to sign the papers for the vehicle.

We needed to buy our first car at an affordable price in early 2023, something that could handle whatever we needed. We found Braddock Motors after searching online for a while. Some good reviews, a few bad ones, but the price looks right and seemed reasonable. We were coming in from out of State so Rodney set everything up in advanced. We showed up, drove the car around, signed some documents, and were out within an hour. Rodney set up everything, from registration and tags to financing and everything else. We were skeptical the whole time, wondering if we were buying something that wouldnt last long. I am pleased to say that the car has run well since purchasing, everything is perfect, just the car we needed. We have put long miles on it without a hiccup! I would definitely recommend Braddock Motors to my friends and family if they needed a car.

BUYER BEWARE.....just so you know, a used care dealership cannot force you to take an extended warranty in order to get a loan. Not only is this practice a s am but it is also illegal. If they do this go somewhere else to buy a car

Wonderful experience! I found a Kia Soul on their website and inquired about test driving it and got a call within an hour to set up an appointment. Rodney went above and beyond getting me situated as a first-time car buyer. His service was quick and painless and he still took the time to make sure I understood the process.
