I decided to use The IT Link for our small business IT consulting needs. Chris Bagley is a pleasure to work with, and his team is zoned in on the customers wants/needs. I had some issues that were entirely on us, and Chris' team happily helped resolve them with no hestitancy. One of the technicians came out in person today and had 3 of our printers set up in a matter of minutes without a hitch. I would highly recommend using The IT Link for your IT needs. The pricing is fair and reasonable, the setup took minutes and they even waived our setup fee since we are a small, family run law firm. 5 stars to Chris Bagley and his team. Their response times are great, I always hear back from them quickly which is the main reason I chose them in the first place. In my opinion, the fact that the company is smaller than most IT consultants is a benefit since they put a lot more focus on your needs as the client. They offer a very practical plan so you're never "stuck" on a contract for more than 90 days (it might actually be 30, I will have to check). They backup their talk with their actions and I am very relieved to know I have a reliable IT Consultant that provides email security to our law firm. Thank you, IT Link.

The guys at The IT Link proactively keep our dealership's network and workstations in the best working order. From backups, updates, and routine maintenance to hardware and software recommendations, they have never let me down. And when something does go wrong, they are responsive, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.
