Came to this store today. It was my first time shopping here. The prices are so good. Great sales. Customer service was really good. Really nice and helpful employees. We will definitely come back to shop.

I went to this location today and had a terrible experience. I went to buy things with my father. We planned to make 2 separate transactions and they refuse to accept the card despite the fact that it was 2 different cards for 2 different purchases. The employee responded by yelling screaming and cursing at us. Absolutely terrible customer service! DO NOT GO HERE!

I had called and asked if they had a product. They said 'yes'. I drove over 30 minutes in a rainstorm because I needed for a trip. When I got there they said it wasn't in stock. They made a mistake. Huge disappointment! But the way the store manager Sherisa Mitchel and her staff tried to fix it was amazing. She hunted for my number and called me to apologize. Mailed me my products. Just amazing customer service! I will definitely be going back ! Thanks cherish!

Snobby staff. I asked about an itemprice and was directed to check the price of the sample item. I asked for assistance to find the labeled price of a sample item and there was none in existence, so the employee had to scan the item to tell me the price. This happened a second time and I expressed how frustrating it was that prices of items were not listed so I would have to depend on the employees to scan the items to tell me the price. An associate was RUDE AGAIN and reiterated that prices can be found on the sample items. There are no prices on the shelves!! I was looking to spend money at this store and was hoping to receive expert assistance. Unfortunately, the associate was extremely snobby and was not willing to help me with my questions. I walked out feeling frustrated and will never come here again. I can find sales online from the same brands with better customer service and more recent releases. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. They treated me like dirt....it really felt like a Pretty Woman situation.

I arrived at 7:49 and the door was already locked with customers inside. I came for something very specific and knocked on the door but does associate refuse to open the door making the eye contact. I knocked repeatedly and was refused entry more than 12 minutes before the closing time

Staff stayed at cash register, didn't ask customers if they had any questions. Customer interaction could use some work. Pricing somewhat misleading, as bottles of tester products had different pricing on them despite being the exact same.

I love this store. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Sherisa is always takes the time to help me color match my foundation and makes great recommendations. They have great deals on name brand makeup.

Came to the store and employees take around an hour break ( during that break you do not enter the store). They put a sign on the door saying “we will come back at 4:30 pm we are on break”.I think they shall take turns so the store can function properly I was on a time limit and they do not even advertise in the website that they are out. It is also a bummer if you live far away to arrive and find that.
