Pretty much the same as most outlets, good deals can be found. Nice outdoor Plaza, with a few eating venues and ice cream places. You will have to hunt for the great deals!

Today at 6:00pm, there was a man wandering outside of the market hall smoking weed. The strong stench drew me away from the area. The escalators are almost never functional, even during the holidays. The market hall is still awaiting another food place since Johnny Rockets closed - which was probably close to when these outlets first opened in 2015/2016. Cellular service is terrible and so is the open Wi-Fi. There have been some new shops that opened up; however, the addition of more popular businesses would attract more people. The maintenance crew is amazing, they work hard to keep the place looking nice. Security just got new scooters so I have been seeing them around more than usual. There is a cute train and a small play area for children.

First time at the outlet. It was really nice. Nice stores. Nice selection and prices for the most part. Can't wait to return.

I had such a fun morning walking around here on a Friday a few weeks ago. It was mid November 2022. I came here with my daughter & son-in-law. The parking was a little bit busy but we got lucky on a spot by the entrance. This mall is bright & shinny! There are plenty of store's for everyone's needs and interests! We spent most of our time at the Gap and the Banana Republic stores. As with most outlet mall stores the original prices are always high! It is the savings on the signs posted above the clothing racks & the clearance sections that make shopping fun and exciting! I had less luck at the Gap store than I expected when it came to price & selection on men's clothing. The Banana Republic store was a bit surprising to me! I found a nice tee-shirt. Things went quickly at the checkout counter! My son-in-law had a friendly conversation with a young man seeking to make some conversions to what is apparently the latest version of popular nontraditional christian based faith! About an hour after arriving we were ready to go! Until next time be kind to each other. @yelpdc #clarksburgpremiumoutlet #holidayshopping #thegap #bananarepublic

At lunchtime on a Saturday, there was plenty of parking, but this may be indicative that these outlets are under-performing. Positives: plenty of parking, easy organization (there's a level lower and an upper level, and you can easily cover everything without any backtracking), employees were nice, things seemed clean and safe. Negatives: A number of warning signs that they are having issues. On our first visit, there was a set of very squeaky escalators. They are still squeaking loudly. In one bathroom, two fixtures were out-of-order covered in garbage bags; a month later, they are still out-of-order. Maybe 10-15% of the shops are unoccupied, but more worrisome, at least 4 of the places we wanted to go to were closed even though their operating hours indicated otherwise. There was a lack of store variety, with mostly clothing and shoes. The upper level was less trafficked and focused on higher-end stores. And being part of the Simon corporation, there are few surprises. The stores here are pretty much the same you find at every Outlet mall. Yes, you might find some real deals if you scour hard enough, but it's mostly inflated ticketed prices with supposedly amazing sales. Food options are merely fair, having less options than a typical mall. Two of the relatively few shops were not open with no explanation.

Yesterday was my second time visiting the Nike Store at these outlets and it's one of my favorite locations. I had an issue with two items being left out of my bag yesterday but their store manager, Jordan B, took care of the issue with a fairly quick phone call and I appreciated his customer service.

Positives: It has quite a lot of parking, is easily accessible from the highway, has a lot of seating areas and is impeccably clean (the entire area is relatively newly constructed). There are quite a number of stores in a very walkable outdoor mall environment, with ample directions and organization. Once in the outdoor mall area you don't need to cross roads generally, which is nice. Negatives: There's a seeming lack of restaurants and food locales. Combined with sometimes the disorienting nature of the organization of the complex, it can lead to some hungry walking. Also one of the side parking lots says to only cross at the crosswalk but there appears to be no crosswalk. It also can feel a bit 'down' somehow, which isn't good for what should be a bustling shopping area.

With so many active shooters in this country, I hope nothing happens here, because if you need to call 911, good luck, there is no cell service and to use the wifi you have to be a VIP member... To some it may not be important, but my safety and my family's is, just saying.

Easily the best outlets around. We go out of our way to come here, and have never wasted a trip. Some of the stores here are a bit bougie for my simple taste, but there are enough spots here that's it's worth the trip. The sales here are crazy, when you come we just bounce from store to store finding awesome deals. They layout is easy to follow, and big enough that you can spend a couple hours before you run out of options. Even more if you came for the bougie stuff.

I love this outlet and have been trying to reach someone in management for the last couple of days. BEWARE DO NOT USE THE LA FLEUR STUDIO which is housed at Clarksburg Premium Outlets. Clarksburg please stop doing business with La Fleur Studio. Below you can read about the horrible experience we had with this florist on Valentine's Day. I am about to call the BBB on this woman. She must be stopped. My husband paid expedited shipping for an order that was supposed to be delivered on Valentine's Day. It came at 8:15pm on February 15 and the roses were dying. I called her to return this dead bouquet and stopped by the store. This is tacky, rude and disrespectful. I don't understand why Clarksburg Premium outlet houses this establishment. She clearly does not have the business acumen to run a successful operation. The flower business is not one in which a person can be inefficient and untimely. My husband asked for a refund when he realized he had to show up to dinner without my gift. No response, no apology, and no refund. I'm reading the reviews and who in the world sends flowers late for a funeral or a wedding? DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. Please everyone should contact the BBB and put this woman out of business.

Post CoVID many of the stores are closed... however there are a few new stores that caught my eye. I like the Polo, Theory, Saks, Armani, Tory, Cole Han, Ugg's stores here seems larger than other outlet's and a better selection of products. The food court outside area is nice especially in the fall/winter the decor and fire place are great on a chilly evening. Location isn't bad since it's right off the highway just wish more stores were open

It's a 50 minute long drive from my house. We come here on days when there is a holiday sale. There are many famous stores, especially several restaurants in one building. Very convenient.

Thank you to American Eagle ladies that helped me & the manager. The store manager Sophie was just the best in helping me look for items, answering my questions. Overall the experience there was amazing. Thank you to Sophie & Fernanda!!! I will be coming back again.

The only reason I am writing a review for the outlets is because I am constantly frustrated with the lack of cell service in this outlet mall. When it first opened, I just thought okay they haven't gotten around to it but then visit after visit, I am frustrated that I can't reach out to family members I've split up with to meet up. I can't send pictures to family if I am trying to choose an item for them, I can't open my Kung Fu Tea app to place an order or use rewards. I mean really?! Don't you want your customers to relax and enjoy and stay awhile? Instead I have to wait until I am in just the right magical lucky spot that receives a signal and then hope and pray a family member texted me with some clue as to where we can find each other. I am seriously beginning to suspect that they are purposefully blocking customers from being able to have service. As for the stores, it is like any "outlet" mall, stuff they call on sale that was significantly marked up to begin with and then slashed at 60% off. It is hit or miss. For me it is all about the hunt and the odds- maybe once every 3-4 visits, I may actually find something at a pretty good deal or I can usually rummage up some gifts. This time I was able to take care of a return and score a few cute clothing items for my baby niece's birthday. I visited Uggs, Coach, Kate Spade, Off 5ths, Old Navy, OshKosh B'Gosh/Carters, Banana Republic and Columbia. My son hit up Adidas, Nike, Lindt and Superdry among others. The variety of shops is good and it is a pretty layout. Parking is a challenge and lately I've parked in the lot that runs behind the upper row of stores only coming back, I was briefly convinced my car had been stolen, until I realized that the section we came back to was not the same section we had started at. Whew, close call. I will of course be back because I'm a s***** for the elusive sale but please please please beef up the cell service so that we can stay and relax.

I knew I was in trouble, when they opened an outlet mall about 30 minutes from my home. Lord have mercy, and hide my credit cards. There are a ton of great places to shop. I love the Kate Spade store, but don't forget there is Michael Kors, Coach, and Tory Burch. Then, there is Nike, Uggs, and Under Armor for shoes. My new find was Carter's for kids and a Loft outlet for clothes. And these are only the stores I have visited. So, if you are looking for some good deals and great finds. Then, head on over to Clarksburg Premium Outlet and have a ball.
