First - this is an amazing park. 1. Soccer fields everywhere!!! 2. Cricket, I walk by on the weekends and watch the matches - i miss cricket! 3. The walking trails are well maintained and both bikers and walkers are friendly! This is an amazing park. With indoor tennis, indoor pool as well as outdoor tennis, and outdoor pool. A water recreation area. Soccer fields and baseball/softball diamonds as well as a huge picnic area. This part has something from everyone! There is even a 2.1-mile track that walks around the entire facility. The video is from the soccer area on the west side of the park. It was windy while i was walking in the park. But, the people were still out watching their kids play soccer! All of that and I still have more - A community garden, an archery area, a BMX/bicycle torture track, and every year at Halloween a haunted area to entertain the kids. Simply, amazing!

Golf balls are old and in terrible shape. Too many bugs around. Ball dispenser frequently malfunctions or breaks down.

Great place to go hit some balls. The staff is friendly and it's never too packed here. The surrounding park is also a nice place to be.

It's a great place and the park is nice too. Me and my family friends and all come here every Eid for like a little picnic and for the kids to be able to have fun in the park. The sunset is absolutely stunning too, too some pretty artsy pictures.. and by some.. i mean A LOT.

Came here for the archery range. They totally renovated the range so there are sidewalks, graveled walks from the sidewalk out to the target, 10 targets of varying distance (marked) with their own quivers and bow rests, and picnic tables. The targets are mounted on metal rails and its much easier to get the arrows out. Its very open, so I would suggest sunscreen. There are also a lot of bees and other insects; not biting insects but you may want insect repellent.

my family and i recently moved in the area and found this germantown recreational park. it's absolutely amazing! we love everything about it (indoor and outdoor activities of various kinds for adults and children). the four stars are for the bathrooms in the ballpark areas. really dirty floors, not so clean as they should be also, the amazing beautiful lake will very soon turn into a swamp area because the people that cut the grass weekly blow the excess cut grass into the lake. if you literally look at it right now you will find packs of loose grass floating in the water and it looks horrible!!! it looks like stagnant water on the edges of the lake!! we've noticed the geese no longer swim in the water like they used to and, the stagnation of the water is going to kill the turtles and fish in the lake. such a horrible shame to allow this to happen!!!!!

Amazing space!!! Natural beauty galore. Trails and pathways, water spaces and fields and wooded areas. Recreation areas galore. Ball fields and courts (indoor and outside). Playgrounds and water areas and more. Education areas galore. Including the Moo'seum! What a gift to live in this country, and this county, and this area - where children and adults and families have places and spaces that are free and accessible, and fun and community oriented, and simply encourage us to enjoy and celebrate life!

Lots of climbing up ladders, on statuary of animals, ropes and down slides. Swings, jungle gym and seating for parents/grandparents. There is soft surfaces that are abundant and lots of well shredded mulch as well as paved walking paths around the area. Parking is free and plentiful and there is often an ice cream truck in that lot.
