Been in here and I’m not impressed. Honestly this store is not something I would want to purchase. For those that are into this designer, then the bags/purses look nice and the price is super ridiculous.Nice space for these products and the accessories that give these bags their bling. The staff are around and that’s all I can say.

Great customer service from Larry. Very patient and helpful even with a full store of customers. Had to go back 4 times to get the perfect fitting pair of shoes for me and my friend. Would definitely shop here again thanks to the amazing customer service experience

Was told such a quality bag would have no issues. Screw fell out of the handle on the bag, inquired about repair with Ferragamo and was told I would have to pay for the repair on an obvious defective bag. I’d be better off donating this garbage to Goodwill than paying for a repair on a bag that broke that I hardly use anyways. Trust me, their bags are not quality or worth the hassle. Go to Gucci or somewhere else, anywhere but this brand.

Pretty upset how I walked up to the store at 7:15 and the time online says closing is at 8 pm. There was a guy in the store who just shook his head saying it’s closed. Not very impressed considering it was my first time visiting the store.

Great collection of handbags and shoes. Sales associates have already known me, so I've never really been browsing aimlessly. I would have given 5 stars if they inform their customers of the sales like other brands do.

Today was the day I decided to stop buying Ferragamo products. End of 10+ year relationship. My expensive belt simply fell apart. Ferragamo says it is due to temperature issues. Apparently they still haven’t learnt how to make leather belts. Charging me 65 dollars to glue it together. And I couldn’t get information on how to escalate the issue. In this digital age, apparently there is no phone number, no manager email etc. other brands like zegna (next door) have excellent customer service. Bye bye Ferragamo.

Always a good place to start when it comes to getting new threads!! Though under staff still able to accommodate all customers. Not the average priced shoes but its a personal preference.
