Went into the Clarksburg store and paid $280. Decided to pay in cash for my purchase with 3 hundred dollar bills and the associate couldn’t “verify” one of my hundreds which happened to be an old print from 1996. The associate told me he couldn’t verify the bill and asked if I had another, which I did but because he didn’t want to get his manager to check the bill? Not sure why they’re only using black light to check bills when counterfeit pens are still a thing.
Very rude interaction, didn’t explain anything until I asked him what he would’ve done if I didn’t have another bill on me.
There are also 2 girls chit chatting in the corner the entire time they check clients out at the counter as well.
Overall not impressed with the customer service.

There’s one employee in there that’s always strange with me when I check out. I went on 08/27 and the girls at the register were all gossiping about some guy customer as if I wasn’t in line waiting to get checked out. Then today 09/02 the same girl does my refund and she’s very strange won’t even look at you in the eyes, but she acts as if I used the shoes stops the transaction to ask for another employee opinion on the wear of the shoes underneath. when the truth is I never even used them I bought them in case I couldn’t find the new balance shoes I wanted online. I only tried them on in the store one time and bought them they never left the box since. Just not the best interactions.

The staff here is straight up disrespectful, ignorant, and they are dishonest about their pricing but when you call them out on it, they sit up there and say “YOURE BROKE/DUSTY” and say wELL yOu DoNt HaVe TeW bUy AnYtHiNg .. needless to say, I won’t ever shop at Nike again since this is the kind of classless/disgusting attitude type of employees and shady business practices they be on!

Line/check out process always slow even when line isn't long. Wish there was more styles to choose from. Staff always friendly and helpful.
