Tucked back in a twisty neighborhood park area is Germantown Indoor water park. There are two pools and children's area plus a couple super long slides. Check it out.

The facility is well-maintained in general. My biggest complaint is about the swimming lanes for public use. They rented out all the lap lanes. They ask us to come in the certain time to avoid classes and we only can swim like 30-45 mins. I pay money for my annual pass but I have to be dependent on the swimming classes schedules. It’s ridiculous!

Be sure to call or check the website for swim schedules and stipulations. My first attempt I arrived with the kids in their swim attire, towels, goggles and the whole shabang only to find out that the slides and open swim were a different day.Much more prepared for the second attempt! It was loads of fun. They have areas appropriate for ALL levels of expertise and my 11 yo loved the larger slides for the big kids.$5 children$7 adults(Proof of MoCo residence required)

My son lost an expensive necklace during swim meet here. Although I left my contact at front lobby, I did not expect so much to find it because so many people hanged around during swim meet. In two weeks, a staff gave me a phone call that the necklace was found, so I was able to get it in the lobby. I appreciate them so much. The facility is very clean and nice, and staffs are kind and honest.

If you love to swim, this is the place for you. Year-round access to several pools. There is a great kid's pool for small children. This swim center features several Jacuzzis and has water aerobics and other classes. It is a great place for the whole family.

Staff seemed fine, management was NOT. Came out to specifically scold us for what in essence was a misunderstanding. Completely unprofessional. Should never speak to people the way she did. Curly hair-dyed purple. Needs a class in diplomacy.

Despite this being a beautiful facility I cannot recommend coming here because of the poor service from the staff at the front desk. The older woman working the front desk denied me access to the facility while my wife was not. I provided her with my Identification and she was unable to find within the system. This same woman refused to return my ID despite being asked to several times. What should have been a nice afternoon with my family instead turned into a humiliating one.I pay $450 for an annual family pass to support the aquatic program. I have great experiences at other facilities but found the staff here to be petty.Edit: This occurred 07/28/2023 at 2:00 pm.

Whoever the Indian lady is at the front desk needs a new line of work , her customer service skills are really lacking and ignorant, never coming here again or recommending it to anyone.

I used to love this pool. But I was there last week. Didn't seem to have any issues for two days. And yes, I showered and shampooed afterward. But subsequent to that, both my skin and my scalp on my entire body seem to have become hypersensitive, and I am sure that it is the pool. Things became horrible by Sunday, but had started to become a problem gradually later Friday or early Saturday.I called the 311 number because I couldn't reach the county Health Department. It was his opinion that I go to the ER today. I went to Holy Cross of Germantown, and the doctor, who gave me a prescription for cortisone cream has advised that I not return to this pool. Neither of us is sure if it's a reaction to the chemicals used in the pool or something else.Let the user beware!I used to love this pool before my visit last week, and last swam there prior to COVID, I showered and shampooed before leavong. This was on July 19. S few days later I began having severe itching of my scalp and skin. I called 311 yesterday because I couldn't reach the health departmentBy the end of my conversations with the county employee, he told me to go to the ER. Eventually, I saw a doctor, who gave me a prescription cream, and told me to stay away from that pool and see the dermatologist. I will see if I can obtain the September 5 appointment today. The cortisone cream is greasy, but starting to relieve the itching. I haven't used it on my face yet.As a result of this experience, I am angry and concerned about going in a pool at all. I will be seeking a refund, and am outraged that this could happen! Still trying to get past the 311 gatekeepers to the health department. Otherwise I will contact a county legislator.

1) receptionists are in outer space and not friendly. 2) The observation area is terribly designed. You cannot view much of the kids pool and the lap lanes below. in the observation area where you can view the kids pools.3) There is an outdoor observation area where you can view the kids pools below but parents are not allowed to access that area and if you do the receptionist will scream at you.4) Some of the slides are not operational.5) Today, one of the kids swim instructors was wearing a see through bra to teach class. You could see everything. Why did management allow her to teach class like that?

Clean locker rooms. Affordable rates, and an all around good facility for swimmers!

It's a great, fun facility. No one has ever been rude or provided poor service, however, I do absolutely agree with the review that stated it was cold and the doors to the outside were open during the freezing winter temperatures. We just went in December and the doors were open. It was so cold! The changing rooms were absolutely freezing too. We still always enjoy being there but if the temperature could get addressed it would be a huge improvement!* edit: We did receive some very poor service at the entrance. The front desk lady gave us a hard time about our passes not scanning correctly. She became very rude about the issue which we had no influence over since it's their system and data entry that caused it. Overall it really left us upset and my kids associate this experience with the indoor pool now and don't want to go swimming there anymore.
