The store is well organized and clean. The staff are attentive and focused. Unfortunately the store does not have a plus size section for women (1X-3X). Other factory stores that I have visited have had this section. This was a big disappointment for me, I would not have made the drive if I had known. The store is fine other than the lack of size selection.

If you like store with stable marijuana smell than this is the store you need.
I left it after a couple minutes of staying there.
I don't care how good or excellent their goods , - I will choose another trademark and I will not enter this store w my children anymore

Terrible experience with one of the store cashier.Went there to return jacket what I paid $90,but she refunded only $25? Her excuse was that they are not refunding gift cards,so please be careful when you are purchasing items with gift cards and you have to return it to the store.She was very rude,laughed behind the mask ( had covid mask on the face) , not trying to help at all.Had to request store manger to assist with return.Manager was very helpful and explain the options they have.Very unpleasant experience from this store.I hope Columbia will find the way to discipline her attitude.Thanks

I went in the store hoping to find capris. Two sales women were chatting together and every time I got near them they moved away so they could continue their conversation without interruption. I went to the dressing room. No attendants and the doors were all locked. The store was not busy but I got the impression that helping customers was beneath the sales people. Ok then. I won't be back.
