I purchased the chain there and also a watch the chain keeps coming to loose the clamp keep coming off the chain in the watch just doesn't function right I would never ever buy anything again from that mall especially the stands

Here is the message I sent to corporate because I received such outstanding service at this store:I am writing to highly praise the LOFT store located at the RIO Washingtonian Center in Gaithersburg, Maryland and the Ann Taylor Factory store at the Clarksburg Outlets in Clarksburg, Maryland. I have had exceptional service from the women at both of these stores. I had to make some online purchase returns at both locations, and both times I felt like a valued customer.Thank you for recognizing them for their outstanding service.

Really bad service here especially from the managers employees as well. Wouldn't recommend this to anybody go to another Ann Taylor but not this one
