Professional guys doing great work! Had to get my safety inspection done. Made a quick appointment for following day and had the car inspected less than an hour after arriving. Will be going back for my other car needs for sure! Thanks guys!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVERI am just one person and I will usually gives places a shot twice before forming a bad opinion. Ut this was awful and I will never take my car back. They had my car 4 days and just did front brakes and an oil change. The price was more than the dealer estimated they never called me and I had to co tinge to call them and they left Friday without calling me or letting me know my car would be there over the weekend because they don't work and no one knew anything about my car. I called Monday and said I must have my car back today. When they finished it I received a call to come get my car when would I be there to pick it up. When I got there and voiced my concern I received and apology from the manager and that was it. As I said it cost more than the dealer. This place isn't worth a second chance and I will be seeing if I can find the owner.

Service was excellent. I called for an appointment. I was told to bring it in the same day. They gave me a quote by the end of the day which was extremely reasonable. Repair were completed within 2 days. Great shop, great staff. Anytime I need mechanic repairs I will be returning!

I got a state inspection and was out in like an hour. They were professional and very courteous. They were very informative about the things wrong with my car. I would definitely go back again. Awesome job guys! ??

My passenger floorboard was wet after rain. Carl knew exactly what caused it (sunroof tubing). I was able to bring it in the same day as I called. Soon after, there was the same issue and they looked at it immediately and fixed it - no charge. They stand by their work.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I came here sometime last year to get my spare tire that was leaking air fixed. Whitehall was efficient and fixed my issue well and reasonably priced. I would return here and recommend them for your car care needs.

I've been using this business since I first learned how to drive which was years ago. I recently had an issue with my wheel where it looked bent out of shape and the tire slowly leaked air. I took it to a different mechanic at first who said there was nothing wrong with the wheel after a simple glance. I insisted something was wrong so he referred me to a tire shop and they gave the exact same response with a simple look while telling me to replace my front tires. Long story short, I ended up having to bring my car to Whitehall after dishing out money to other businesses that didn't fix the issue. Carl did a great job identifying the problem and informing me on what his plan was and fixing it in a timely manner. Thanks!Service: Tyres

Close to my home, been to this location 2x for inspections. The first appointment ran late to start and finish which was frustrating (but I made my appointment on a Friday at 12pm when everyone was probably starting to take lunch, which was partly my mistake.) I was compensated with a discount and an apology, so I returned for the second inspection. The second one was perfect - they fit me in at the last minute and were finished even earlier than they said they would be. Very friendly staff, and during both visits, as I was waiting I overheard customers call from other shops in area asking for this Shell to remediate some issue they couldn't get resolved where they were at. I would bring my car here for work if needed.
