No public bathroom for customers…Is TERRIBLE…the only location that SUCKS!!!! Makes really want to consider changing banks for better customer service…i should trust you with my finances but I’m not worthy enough to use your restroom!!? Bowie Location!!!

1 Star is being generous.
I spent 2 hours on the phone earlier in the week trying to get information and book an appointment to open a checking account for my Senatorial campaign. The Branch never answered the phone and the call center was cometely incapable of helping me.
Nevertheless, I booked an appointment for Friday morning, arrived on time, and was greeted by an associate who was completely clueless as to how to help me. After 30 minutes with him, I was told that they did not know how to open a campaign account. I proceeded to Truist Bank, who was able to help me in record time.
This is the second time Wells Fargo's services have been less than sub-par. I have no idea how or why Federal Banking Regulators haven't shut this farce of a bank down. I will never do business with them again.

Only Wells Fargo in the area and the ATM is always out of service. Going in doesn’t help either because no one is in a rush to help you at all. Waste of time.

Only Wells Fargo in the region that's open on a Saturday. Waited in line for over 45 minutes inside with a line basically out the door. Hire more people!

Regardless of the bad reviews to this branch, I was welling to give it a try. I walked in and tried to open a checking account. The answer was, I have to set an appointment first or go online to open one. There were about 5 employees at the time with almost no customers. I walked to TD Bank across the street and I opened an account in 30 minutes.

Originally opened at the branch in Free State Mall with Mr Wilhite, I believe his name is. Always professional treatment. Then covid and you closed that branch. First lobby interaction with this branch already noted as to bad service. I ordered foreign currency. Was told it would be in Friday. As usual. No one in lobby except 2 tellers when I went in on Friday. After standing in line I was told money hadn't been delivered. I tracked and the money was delivered on Friday. Went back today, Monday, stood in line and said money was in but no one there to authorize giving it to me, come back tomorrow. Will check before I go, my bad. But will be closing account. Had tried Crofton but lobby closed.

No manager on site. The drive through frequently closed due to lack of staff; apparently six people walked out and quit recently. Don’t even bother coming here. This branch should be closed down.

I literally walked in the bank and no one there to greet me or anything after there was a lady helping people with deposits and withdraws and I was there to open a new account, I sat there for 20 minutes just so that another lady could rudely tell me that I need to make an appointment for that because there’s no one available at the moment for what I need, bunch of lazy employees is what I see
