I recently moved to Maryland and this is always my go-to spot. I recently went in and the atmosphere is always so uplifting and fun. The staff are knowledgeable and your normally don’t wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seen. They are approachable, considerate, and very patient. I wish I remembered the names of the associates that I worked with because they really took care of my needs. I ended up leaving with a new phone and a brand new iPad! 10/10 would recommend.

We had gone to this store the beginning of the week to ask questions about our business account and received excellent customer service. Two days later we received a phone call who is the manager at this location and he inquired about our visit and we talked about another inquiry that we forgot to ask earlier that week. Johnathan said I could come to the store and ask for him, he would get me a sim card for my ipad and the cost and fee for this device, which was one that I had but wasn't using, could be used for my mom to facetime me and have internet access. We made some adjustments on our account and there was no additional cost incurred when cutting back on data we were not using. Johnathan definitely changed our mind about this store. He was very helpful, I forgot my password on the ipad and was also able to help another lady that we next to us - making two happy customers. If you have any issues, see Johnathan.

Went into upgrade my phone. Was very pleased with every employee????????. The Manager ???????? thumbs up, the knowledgeable all willing to help they don’t rush you. Would recommend this location. ⭐️?⭐️?.

Took phone that didn’t have service. Got helped right away. Needed a new SIM card. In and out in 15 minutes with phone fixed. Employees were pleasant and helpful.

I had a problem getting on my phone. They were not able to help. It was near closing. Once I called in for assistance, and was guided through procedures, I took the replacement phone and someone was able to help. Their help was timely since I was going out of town.

I made an appointment to this store to upgrade to a new phone. The staff were efficient and very pleasant, and I got just what I needed at an excellent price. The service and courtesy were outstanding. I was impressed when I witnessed another customer in the store being very demanding and unpleasant to the staff. They kept their cool and dealt with the situation in a professional manner despite this man's attitude and comments. I highly recommend this business location.

Walked in, employee checked me in, got automated message saying I had 3 people in front of me and it would text me when its my turn. Instead of awkwardly waiting around I opted for taking a quick stroll around the town center. Never got a text back sadly, not going to this verizon store again.

Beware....Don't have a problem with your phone and go here. They don't greet you at all. They only want to sell you a phone and not help you at all. They play with their hair and look at their phone and talk to other people. This is not good customer service. They tell you go home and call your Verizon warranty to help you like they don't have time.I'm looking for a new company to give my business to. This is ridiculous. They need to hire some older people or have an older supervisor in their. That place has changed since it opened and not for the better. I will not go there again. And parking is horrible. And they need to put up direction signs to the Verizon wireless store. Awful and too much noise. Verizon quality control has gone down. Maybe people need to look for providers. I definitely will when I find out where the online lost my data at.. They charged my Mother 25 dollars to transfer her data to her new phone and both are Verizon. That's a shame. My mother is a senior so she paid it. The worst part is they didn't complete the job. And Verizon wireless online is Awful too. I don't recommend this store at all.
