Purchased Bed (headboard & footboard) and mattress & box spring from this store on 9/23/23.. Was told delivery estimated delivery would be approximately 2 weeks (10/7). Was not delivered; went to store on 10/12; 10/ 24; 10/ 31 & was told it had not arrived each time. After 6 weeks mattress & box spring was delivered. Went to store the following week to find out when bed would be delivered; was told in 2 weeks. Didn’t arrive.\n\nHave contacted the bank (Synchrony Bank) & the item been removed from my account which means I am no longer responsible for paying for it.\n\nThe owners showed no interest in following up on the purchase, no apology for the delay; and seemed to careless about my issue. As of today (12/23/23) I still have received no communication with the store. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE & WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND IT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

When I brought this bed I asked the salesperson what was the return policy and he never gave me a straight answer. I end up getting sick in there so that was more of my focus, I should have took that as a sign. I called and spoke to someone couple days before my delivery to advise there was covid in the house and to ask about return policy. Sam told me there is no refund only exchange. What?! This place will scam u. I told him I wanted to cancel because I found something better and cheaper. He got smart with me, talked over me, etc. Long in the short the bed came with deliverers I know he did not warn about covid in the house because they didn't wear mask. This bed is the hardest bed I have ever lain eyes on and it hurt like hell. I already have health issues which is why I need this and yet they sold me what is equivalent to a lemon for a car. He also stated i would get a gift card, haven't seen that either. I called and left a message and no return call. I guess my next step in reaching out to my lawyer smh.

WARNING!!! Please do not purchase any furniture at this store. Their quality of furniture is cheap and they won't stand behind their items. Brought a speaker their last year with flashing changeable lights. Lights stop working three weeks after purchase. They came out to repair lights, and lights stopped working three days after supposedly repaired. Came out again about three months later after I consistently went to the store and called. The technicians stated that they were unable to fix the lights. They called the owner, and he stated for me to give him two weeks to resolve the issue. I hadn't heard from him about a month crickets.... Went to the store again and asked for a refund because it's still under warranty. Now they are given me the run around. Next step reporting them to the BBB. Poor quality of service and furniture.

What a shift in attitude once they've made their commission.I've ordered several pieces of furniture since last August of 2022. It will be almost 1 year and still I am missing furniture from that invoice.I've visited and called trying to get an update from Sam or his team and still NOTHING. No call or update about the status of my furniture. I guess when you pay in full Sam and team can care less about you.It really is such a a disappointment since the first time I ordered to the second time I've ordered from them.Guess what I'm still waiting for? A phone call from him since he's practically never around when I call. Even better no one there can help since it's "Sams" sale.I want my refund. 1 year for a piece of furniture?I will get my lawyers involved this is ridiculous. Buyer beware

Ive had a great experience furniture shopping at this store with Samir and his team. These guys were patient and their customer service was superb! Oh, and they really have next day delivery witch was a plus.

Well, we aren’t happy with the furniture. We visited the store and we test the couches we really like, It’s firm and good set. We ordered to have it delivered to our place. One of family members sat on one of the couches and suddenly several wheels breaking. We noticed the wheels aren’t that strong enough as it should be. It’s cheap kind plastic and it’s breakable. We contact them to have it fixed and was told they’ll give us a call. We haven’t heard from them.Owner the stalker,First of all, it would be appreciated if the owner respected customers and people’s boundaries. We were busy with our personal needs during the holidays, yet the owner coerced us to give them a 5 star rate. We didn’t have a chance to edit our comments. While we were busy, they were upset with my wife and pleaded to change from one to 5 stars. They were a bit pushy and didn’t have patiently. My wife didn’t appreciate that as she felt they kinda crossed the line.Secondly, the owner delivered us a broken and used couch and it scratched the wooden floor. The owner didn’t offer to repair the damaged wooden floor or reduce the cost of the couch as an exchange for damaging the wooden floor. They did simple apologize, yet they were worried about their rate stars.There was no instruction provided such as written notes how to use the swivel chair properly so we figured it out at our own.Conclusion, we have the right to rate a business based how the businesses treats us. Some people in Bowie community don’t feel comfortable that the owner keep asking them to giving the business “the 5 stars” that is not realistic. It shows the business is not being honest with others. It’s important to be honest by customers regarding business and the owners need to listen and show respect to their comments. Accept feedback and correct the issues. Don’t be hypocritical about the 5 star rate. This shows that the owner is dishonest to our community and customers.

Samir, was amazing! He worked with us and helped us get amazing furniture. He is such a cool guy. His workers are also friendly and helpful. I am very happy with my couch purchase.
