What an amazing experience! Saying my car was a disaster before bringing it in would be an understatement. So I opted to go with the Ultimate Detail Plus package in hopes to get it looking halfway decent again.
I brought it in at 9am expecting it to probably take all day. At 4:30pm Troy called me and explained he was still having trouble working on a massive stain that was on the front passenger seat. I knew it would be a problem because the stain was deep and over 5 years old. He politely asked if he could keep it overnight to let it soak and to work on it again in the morning. Of course I said yes.
Let me tell you, when I saw my car the next day it was a whole new vehicle. The stain was practically gone, only being able to be seen if you really looked hard. I was shocked at how much he was able to get out. Of course the rest of the car looked incredible too. He was even nice enough to walk out to it with me and go over a few things, even getting me a piece of plastic to drive home on my seat since it was still a little damp too.
I will definitely recommend Touch Up to friends and bring my other cars here when they need it!

My only disappointment with this place is that I didn’t see the car before I paid, otherwise I would tipped WAY more! Great work, extremely reasonable price. Did the Ultimate package took 6 hours. Looks like new!

Great customer service and they provide great quality. I didn't have to go back to ask them to wipe an area on my truck or see something on the inside of my vehicle that looked like it hadn't been cleaned. They are thorough and pay attention to detail. They detail your vehicle as if it was theirs. Let's not forget the friendly conversation they have with customers as you wait. They make you feel as if you are family!

Took a car to get mini detailed as a gift for my dad and when he got it back he was very disappointed by the service. The appointment was at 10am, they gave the car back at 4:30pm. I had already paid in advance (even tipped) and when my dad went to pick up the car, the inside had not been vacuumed properly, the tires rings still had dirt, the trunk of the car was not even touched (still had trash and dirt, came back in the exact condition as it was given to them), the car was turned in wet they told my dad it would dry later and now there is watermarks.A normal car wash would’ve done a better job for half the price.They turned something that was supposed to be meaningful into a huge regret and embarrassment.
