Sunday afternoon at 2:30 pm - Only ONE cashier working .... we had 7 people in line at one time and just a single cash register was opened! If we can't use the self-checkout now - then OPEN MORE REGISTERS!

Great selection of products and the shelves are always well stocked. I love that self checkout is available and that there is a staff member nearby to help, if needed. The staff member was especially helpful on my last trip.

Last Saturday, I visited Michaels for some art shopping. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen inside the store. Since no one from Michaels helped me, I drove to Target around 9:20 pm to seek some assistance.
To my relief, a kind lady assisted me and helped me call the police to report the incident while it was fresh. She also assisted me in adding a family member on WhatsApp since I did not recall anyone's phone number to contact for assistance, and helped me get in touch with them. While the police took my statement inside the store, I waited for a family member to pick me up as I am new to the area, having recently moved from Montgomery County. The kind lady also checked on me through the phone number she had added to ensure I arrived home safely.
I am not sure of the name of the lady, but I personally appreciate what she did for me. She saw a person in need and did not hesitate to help me. I congratulate Target for hiring such an amazing person.

I would give the rating of 0 if I could!!! 4.4 rating is a freaking joke!! I came in the store today and it was a mess!!! Every department was a wreck!! Glad I don’t work in customer service anymore!! I work in customer for over 40 years and I know when you see customer in the store you need to acknowledge or speak to them. The employee stated they don’t even speak to their own employee! What a SHAME!! The definitely needs to close this store and fire ALL management!!

The ratings are a lie . This Target is messy and disorganized . There is no way I'll be returning . The fitting rooms weren't clean, in the food isle there was spillage on the chip racks (of who knows what). Just disgusting and dirty. The self checkouts were disgusting as well . Had to leave out immediately . I couldn't believe my eyes . This store is an embarrassment to the Target brand . Management needs to be fired for the uncleanliness of this store.

Only thing that was open with self checkout lost a $15 gift card because no one was manning the registers went to Walmart and end up getting everything cheaper than Target

For me to stop here was kind of not needed at the time. I wasn't even really looking for anything in particular, but since I was out, I wanted to keep myself busy by stopping at as many shopping plazas as I could. What a stupid mistake, especially since this plaza was a bit wonky. I came in here to honestly grab some essentials that I didn't necessarily have to have, but since I was out, why not get what I need and be done with it. Even though it was busy in here, I was still able to find what I needed and not feel rushed about it. However, when it came to checking out, there was a larger than expected line. I didn't mind, I was here for a reason, to waste some time and get some items. I had my airpods in and was minding my business. Get to the head of the line at the self checkout area and had the most pleasant discussion with the lady manning the area. She should be in a different line of work. Approaching people and just having a leisurely conversation with them. She had a gift which made for a nice end of a shopping trip.
