Shawn is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Bowie Sunoco. From the moment I called to the moment I walked in, I was treated with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and that my truck was in top-notch condition.One thing that really stood out to me was the no-haggle pricing. I appreciated that there were no hidden fees or surprises when it came time to pay the bill. The honest diagnosis of my truck's issues was also greatly appreciated. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or pressured into unnecessary repairs.But what really blew me away was when the staff went the extra mile on pricing and put new tires on my truck with pricing far below other quotes I had received. They truly went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer.I will definitely be returning to this auto shop for all of my future car maintenance needs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service. Thank you for your exceptional service!

I pulled up at 7:30 waited for the shop to open. At 8:00 the mechanic pulled my car inside the garage. By 10:00 I received a call that my oil job was finished. I picked up at 11:00. Oil light off and truck running great.

Quick, accurate, cheaper than most, and excellent communication. I had another garage letting me know the problem and the price, so I know Sunoco was honest and affordable.

The Service Sean gave was excellent. I came in for an inspection and he identified what I needed and when he got the parts he fixed it right away and so passed and he gave me a break on the price. I have another vehicle that needs work I’m definitely ringing it back so Sean can fix it.

These guys are awesome. En route to my hometown for the holidays, I had some crazy issues that caused me to pull over on the side of the highway. This place popped up close by, and I felt incredibly lucky that was the case. They quickly diagnosed the issue, repaired it, and got me back on the road, and honestly I was shocked by how little they charged me. They were incredibly kind, honest, and knowledgeable.

The mechanic is very good, but the inspector is ver rude person, he asked me to fix some problem after he inspected my car, I did fix the problem but he keeps saying come tomorrow , i don’t have a time about 4 times and he keep angry easily, bad costumer service. If you want to inspect a car please don’t go this place.
