The Starrz Boutique is like being in your own personal closet. There is always something you just might want to wear. The hospitality of staff is so professional and exquisite. The shop is clean and it feels so gurly inside. I love Starzz. It's my to go to place to be.?

Stars customer service was beautiful, she was so hands on. I wasn't the only guest in the store and even by herself she gave us both her honest opinion and attention. The gowns featured in the boutique are stunning!!!

This was my first time visiting this store. There were some unique and very nice items. We were shopping for prom season and a male salesperson came to help us. My daughter saw a green gown and we asked if she could try it on. he let us know that only 1 person could go in the dressing room. It was a makeshift dressing room with a mirror and a curtain. She tried it on. The salesperson who was really the husband of the owner told me that I could only zip the dress. I went in to do just that. After only 45 seconds he begins yelling, ma’am I told you to zip her up and she can come out and show the dress. He became so enraged and repeated the policy. This policy was not posted anywhere in writing. Prior to showing the dresses he slapped me on my arm. This became a literal NiGhTMARE. What awful treatment. Later I found out they were having some security issues. I would NEVER Recommend this place.

Came here for a dress, the manager and her husband are amazing people, great personalities. They’re both very helpful and make you feel really good about yourself by the time you walk out.

Horrible human beings! Very nice to get you to spend your money but after that they could care less about customer service ! Being all about money will back fire on this business . Wouldn’t recommend giving them any of your hard earned money ! Rotten people

I was at lunch with family when I spotted Starrz Boutique. I was looking for a dress for a wedding and Star picked out the perfect dress for me. Not only was she hands on she was very professional. I highly recommend this boutique.

I haven't even bought anything yet, but I already know this is the place where I will buy my dress for a special occasion. I recently began visiting local boutiques for an event a few months away, but Starlene has such a great selection of dresses and access to some truly spectacular pieces, that I know I will be back here for it. She provided great customer service and has me very excited about purchasing just the right outfit.

My experience was amazing! My daughter found her prom dress and we were given outstanding customer service. The owner will ensure that my daughter’s prom dress is one of a kind at her prom because she will not sell the same dress to multiple young ladies from the at the same school…above and beyond!! Starrz boutique is place to go for beautiful clothes, gowns and accessories. I highly recommend Starrz Boutique! The owner and her staff will give you personalized attention. If I could give a million stars for a review I would!

I can't thank Nea enough for helping my sister and her friend find the PERFECT prom dress!!!! Both were hesitant about trying on dresses outside of their comfort zone, or the dresses they had in mind but she was so reassuring on what would compliment them and how they should ALWAYS try on the dress. After a long day of shopping around I wish we started here first. Nea was amazing as she helped multiple people in the store while remaining attentive to everyone, offered me a bottle of wine, and truly made my sister glow with so much comfort and confidence in her dress. There was no reason to look beyond that point. It wasn't just her wearing the dress, but the guidance, accessory, makeup, and hair image Nea painted for her as well. Please understand that she was great and I wholeheartedly appreciate her helping my sister feel beautiful with and without all the glam of the dress.

It is rare to experience such incredible customer service! I live out of state and my husband ordered a dress to surprise me. The owner worked closely with him to make sure he got exactly what he ordered. I loved it so much I ordered another dress from her. That dress didn’t work out, but the way she handled it has been wonderful. We have local shops that sell the same brands, but we love her professionalism and kindness so much that we will definitely be long term customers!

Visited on the whim when I couldn't find a dress in my regular go to stores. I'm glad I did. I found an amazing dress and received amazing customer service. Items are of good quality and priced appropriately. Just went online and ordered a few more items. One of my new spots for something cute and fly!
