Came to Staples a couple of times before to print. But today was OUTSTANDING. A wonderful and vibrant, positive mannered brother named Aaron has exceptional customer service. He was attentive, and even apologetic when the printers were acting wacky(totally out of his control) he is respectful and knowledgeable about their printing services and helped to ease what could’ve been a stressful start to the day! Thank you Aaron! Give this guy a RAISE

I came here to get my cards printed. And my encounter with the worker he told me his name was Paul but idk if that’s really his name. He looked shocked after I asked for his name after I was serviced so poorly. Young black guy with glasses and a terrible beard. There’s other reviews referencing him so I don’t even know why he still has a job. But his customer service is terrible! He kept walking off kept talking on his phone through his AirPods. He was very dismissive and unhelpful. I will not be returning to this staples for print services just so I can avoid him

It was a pleasant experience as I was there to pick up a Passport photo. I also made an impulsive purchase for a gaming chair for my office. The staff was very accommodating and put it into my backseat.

Just don’t! The guy behind the counter with the bad beard, ball cap, and glasses is the absolute worst! Horrible customer service skills, yelling, nasty attitude, & he seemed offended when I told him that I didn’t like the way he spoke to me. There are other locations that take pride in how they treat customers—-this location isn’t one of them due to this person.

Absolutely horrible! Was told on Thursday October 5, 2023 to put our wedding photos on a thumb drive and leave with Emmanuel on Friday the 6th. We did that and left our thumb drive with him trusting that he would have them ready by Monday the 9th as he promised. Not only did he lose our photos and thumb drive but he didn't print the photos at all! We are pissed and will be filing an official complaint against this company!

Manuel the manager was soo helpful and kind with my printing order. I had an emergency printing job for same day. After calling different locations and companies, Bowie, location Manuel, really helped me with my order. So grateful for the communication and the great customer service!

The customer service I received today from a young lady named Shawn and Darren in the copy center was outstanding. They were friendly, patient, and professional as I processed several Amazon returns and shipped two UPS packages. They were a big help and were very knowledgeable about the goods and services offered at Staples. I will definitely return!

If I could rate the print and copy services at the location a zero star I would. The clerk behind the print and company service desk lacked good customer support. When I approached the counter he glanced at me then proceeded to scroll on his phone. He showed no regard towards me as a customer whatsoever! Even after being informed by another staffer he continued to offer any assistance. This is the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. The staff at this store showed no interest in assisting their customers. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE… THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION IS WORST!!!

I don’t have photos but I always go to the Bowie Staples and get my band posters printed. I never learned how to deal with the self help printers and the folks that work there are always beyond helpful and nice. They have me email my photo and they do the rest.Always way satisfied. Paul today was awesome!!

From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with genuine smiles and a warm welcome.Both Victor and Aaron were extremely knowledgeable about the products and services offered at the store. They took the time to listen to my needs and provided me with expert advice and recommendations. They went above and beyond to ensure that I found exactly what I was looking for, even going as far as showing me different options and explaining the features and benefits of each.What impressed me the most was their patience and willingness to assist me. They never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. Instead, they took the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had. They truly cared about my satisfaction and were determined to find the best solution for me.Not only were they knowledgeable and attentive, but they also had a friendly and personable demeanor. They engaged in conversation with me and made me feel like a valued customer. They were genuinely interested in helping me and ensuring that my experience at the store was a positive one.In addition to their exceptional service, the store itself was well-organized and stocked with a wide range of products.
