Great gym great people the only thing I can talk bad about is the lighting in the gym sucks. I'm a bodybuilder so I like to pose in the mirror but the lighting sucks but that's really a small thing. Everything else about sports fit is great. Five stars all the way

Most of the classes are during the day which cater to retired folks, but you can still get what you need in the later hours. Some areas could use some updates.
