1/4 car wash & terrible customer service!
I went today to wash my brand new car and after coming out of the tunnel., I noticed the hood in my car still had marks on it, and the lower portion of my car was still wet on the driver side.
On the passenger side, the rims were terribly dirty and the side was also wet. I spoke to the clerk inside. He had me wait for the manager to get back.
When I spoke to the manager, he was busy eating his lunch and tried to give me explanations as to why I got half a car wash. Such as “Oh, you must not wash your car too often and that’s because you bought the cheap wash.”
I explained to him that portions of the car were dirty and still wet, so obviously it’s not working correctly. I asked him if he could come look at it and he said “ I’m on my lunch.” I understand wanting to eat your food when it’s hot but at the same time when you’re a manager or owner, you need to do what you have to do.
Last but not least, there is no FREE Vacuum service after the car wash. You have to pay for it. And there is a lovely tree right outside of the car tunnel so you’ll have lots of ? pine needles all over your tires.
