We originally spoke with Brian, the store manager. He took us through the whole tour to see our options. Subsequently, I spoke to Chris and Meghan while Brian was on vacation, and they didn't miss a beat! Great experience!

This experience was terrible the manager was rude and said to me disrespectfully you need to eat you're skinny I feel like a manager if you can't manage your job and treat your customers with a smile then there's no point in customers coming in

Service is nice; Selection, TRASH; and value, overrated. Purchased the i8, split King sized bed. This bed is TRASH . . . BEWARE, save your money, these beds are EXPENSIVE air mattresses. If you weigh 250+ pounds, the air deflates. You will wake up on a flat surface, with an achy back. Just junk, truthfully speaking it's a piece of shyt.

My experience at the sleep number store in Bowie was excellent. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly and gave me the best advice on how to maximize the use of the bed and accessories for the best level of comfort and sleep. For me, it's the best bed for the money.

I had the pleasure of working with Erick and Kim.I visited the store and Erick took time to help me find the bed for me. He briefed me on all series of beds, while I tested each bed.I spoke with Kim a week later when I decided to purchase my bed. Kim was such a pleasure to work with. She provided more detailed information to the questions I asked. Both Erick and Kim are awesome sales reps for Sleep Number. They are very knowledgeable of the products and very patient. They want to ensure that you are ? % satisfied with your decision to make such a pricey purchase.
