My daughter is a contestant in a pagent and on two separate occasions we experienced road blocks when trying to order a dress.

She fell in love with the Portia and Scarlett designs so due to her love of the designs, I decided to try one last time. I guess third time's a charm. On this occasion, I was able to speak to Starlene about our plight. The pagent is in two weeks and we need a dress.

Starlene was able to get the dress we wanted delivered to the store in one week. Thus giving us enough time for alterations.

“This is one of the best options to purchase shoes, sketchers and any other options at a very good and competitive prices. The shoes are good quality and the best brands. Huge variety of brands actually. They have for all the family, kids, teens and adults, I get 2 pairs of tennis shoes and they offer me one of them to 50% discount plus 20% because it was in clearance. So it was a very good option.
The parking lot has many free spaces and the store is close to other stores of convenience. There are good restaurants too so be ready. Highly recommended store”

“The staff was really friendly. They helped my son pick out an entire outfit to go with his shoes lol.The shoes were sold out everywhere but we lucked up and got the last pair at Snipes so of course they had to make sure he had the entire fit??”

“This footlocker is on the smaller side but they have great customer service each time I went and would answer any questions I had without a problem. There is very limited parking in the front of the store but plenty of parking in the back and it is free.”

“Now any retail store can be let's just say interesting-you go to Macys in VA and the stores are just different -more selection and the list goes on and on -Macys in a "urban" area well you know they do us different-yup I said it ---But here's why the stars ---It's all for the STAFF...yes .....the pick up desk for packages team, the perfume and cosmetics team, the shoe team and my absolute fav ...the Last Stop Shop team . Many regulars go to this store for package pickup so we're not taken by the porch pirates ‍ and I often run into some of the same faces it's funny how we recognize each other ..,we need to form a shoppers club and probably need an intervention lol --but back to the point -I noticed the pick up desk staff recognizing some of the frequent customers greeting them by name -chatting being funny and caring in particular to our elders ---Community, caring, customer service all in one ---so 5 stars for the Macys staff that know me by face and name when I pick up my sale price shoes and my $11 Karen Fleece tops -I appreciate you :) Macys should hopefully one day read this and give y'all a bonus .....holla at me when the holiday moose popcorn goes on clearance also ...smile”
