My friend is a long time customer at this place and they told me to bring my daughter BMW to get an oil change and check up with reasonable price. I trusted their work and customer services pretty good. Thank you for working on my daughter car ?.

Terrible service. I came here to get gas, asked the clerk the number of the pump my car was parked at. He told me the wrong pump, put my money on the wrong pump, then refused to give me a refund. It wasn’t until I spoke extensively with the manager Mr. Kim (who also got into a loud argument with me, proclaiming the customer isn’t always right) while the clerk lied and said it never happened. In the end he gave me half credit on the pump?? Worst gas station I’ve ever been to. Stay clear, seriously.

Beware the conartists here.
$100 for a diagnostic scan, and another $100 to look at the engine without doing any work AT ALL.
We're going to our old mechanic 30 minutes away instead who offered the same services for $500 less.

Just finished grocery shopping at the Lidl up the street with my toddler and needed gas. Attempted to pay at the pump with my debit card and the machine kept prompting me to “see the cashier”, which caused me to have to go inside to pay (inconvenient!). Figuring since I had a $20 bill in my pocket, I may as well pay for my gas with it since I had to interact with the cashier. I walked in, greeted him and received no response. I asked him to put the money on the gas pump, handed him my bill and attempted to head out. He stopped me and proceeded to hold the bill in the air and various other things insinuating that my money was fake! Mind you had this been a $50 or $100 I would understand the need to double check the legitimacy of the bill. It was an older $20 and without actually confirming there is an issue with the bill he stated “I don’t trust this.” I was very literally so beyond offended for simply trying to get gas. It’s not professional to suggest someone is presenting fake money with no means of proving it other than your motive to be rude. Left this establishment and was able to get gas across the street with the exact same bill, no issue. I do not patron establishments with poor customer service! And get those pumps fixed so less people have to interact with the rude cashier who was not trained to effectively check for counterfeits!

I am glad to have this platform to express how bad I felt for the elderly lady in the store. The clerk was berating her for not understanding how the "Fuel Rewards" Program fully operates. He was rude and disrespectful to her. I paused my phone conversation,and I intervened and explained to the lady what she could do to sign up. Following that interaction, his rudeness continued as my change fell all over the counter with a dismissive look. I HAD to believe it was an accident BUT IKR!??!??.?

I am a long time customer here. I got many car services with high quality and cheaper than where else. My sister got her break done from some where in Columbia, and it's only one break and it cost her $615, which is expensive.

Didn’t even put my vehicle back together! Spark plugs and coils left in side engine hood. All while charging extra $ for a diagnosis that was wrong. Ended up needing a new engine. Save your time and money. Shut this place down.

At the Bowie MD Shell they will over charge you for anything they can and the owner Ken Kim has apparently been doing this to unknowing customers for years judging by all the horrible reviews this place has received. And when confronted he will offer the least amount of compensation possible....but ONLY in exchange for removal of any bad reviews and agreement to never give an honest review of the establishment or employees. Dishonest and no human decency. I will never again use any Shell station knowing the corporation (which I was in contact with) takes no issue with these business practices under their name.

Not only did this place massively over charge my 19y/o daughter (almost $1000.00 total for front brakes and rotors and oil change) but when confronted I was told by the owner that the max refund he would give me was at least $100.00 less than it should have been and ONLY if I agreed to remove all bad reviews posted about her experience. So apparently I was being paid not because he believed he had done anything wrong but simple to slightly decrease the vast number of horrible reviews he's gotten over the years informing people that he is going to rob anyone who unknowingly takes their car for repairs. My daughter decided she'd rather save others from being robbed rather than take his bribe. Because unlike this dishonest man she is a decent human being.
