Fri 1/26/2023 Morning shift: There was a light-skin (like 5”6) employee who didn’t seem to pay any mind to staff due to her applying makeup instead of helping customers out (she also had zero clue about a popular brand-Supergoop). I asked her a question and she seemed annoyed that I asked for help. She saw me looking at her do her makeup and asked “did you find what you were looking for” in a condescending tone… Idc if employees do their makeup because it helps establish the quality of products, but don’t be bothered if a customer needs assistance. Besides this, the other staff are always very helpful!

This sephora SHOULD give training to the workers because when you arrive they make them not look at you even worse if you are Latino they look at you out of the corner of their eye they only serve Americans I asked about a product and they answered me reluctantly, they should go through a good training because the truth is very unpleasant that they don't know how to be neutral and that they get carried away by people's appearance, I lost the desire to buy

The customer service lacks professionalism. Each time we go there the ladies act as if we are bothering them. I asked a question for my friend who was with me and the lady who waited on us rolled her eyes several times. Because of her nasty attitude we left and went to the Sephora's located In Kohl's in Laurel Maryland. The gentleman waiting on us was totally professional, patient and helpful. I suggest the District Manager for Kohl's conduct training workshop for the women associates in the Kohl's store in Bowie. On a second note they need to do a better job of cleaning the testers and the visuals.

At Sephora, I had a bit of an unfortunate experience. It seemed like I was overlooked and passed over for another customer. I don't typically wear makeup, but I decided to try a recommended brand while I was in the area. I was wearing leggings and no makeup that day.Upon entering the store, there was only one employee present. She greeted me and mentioned that she'd assist me shortly. I patiently waited, trying not to be intrusive.When the other employee returned, I assumed the first one would inform her that I was next in line, but that didn't happen. When I approached the returning employee, she said she was already helping someone else and couldn't assist me. This left me feeling confused and frustrated.Later, when a Kohl's employee asked if I'd been helped I indicated I've been waiting for 20 minutes, I simply stated the truth. However, a customer nearby commented that she hadn't been there that long, and the employee laughed in agreement.I decided to inquire about the store's customer assistance policy, but I received looks of disapproval, and the first employee brushed it off, as if the first employee hadn't noticed me.I'm not entirely sure, but I didn't want to come across as difficult. Still, I value my time, and the situation left me feeling a bit undervalued.I won't be coming back here and I hope they work on there customer assistance

Had an amazing experience here today ! Came in to get color matched, I was helped by Miss Christina and her service did not disappoint ! She was attentive, polite, patient and best of all she fulfilled all my personal needs !! If you want good service ask for Miss Christina she will get you right !!! She made my experience amazing ! 10/10 will definitely will be coming back and seeing her again. Absolutely loved her and her customer service !! I recommend her to everyone ! ?❤️❤️

Customer service is horrible! I wish they were more helpful instead of acting like they can’t do their job….. I asked a simple question about an eyebrow pencil if it was in stock; instead, this girl decided to shut me down and help another girl out when she could have helped me in two seconds. I understand it’s busy, and I worked at a retail store before, but these girls got to step it up regarding multi-tasking and customer service. I don’t recommend coming here at all.

Store is kept neat and the staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, this store has never been stocked properly. Not even with Sephora’s own products. Staff has no control over this so I feel bad for them. The Sephora shops inside Kohl’s are useless if they aren’t going to stock them properly.

The lady at Sephora with glasses doesn’t know any information about products or store policy. I went there 2 days in a row and she wasted my time by giving me wrong information. So unprofessional.
