Ross was very neat, clean and had a lot of nice selections! It was much different than I remember in the past and thewill return to shop now. Ms Mary was very helpful in the fitting area. The line to checkout was extremely long because there were only 2 cashiers.

This Bowie location is the most inefficiently run store I’ve been to. Today, there was only one cashier working (who was the manager) with about 20 people waiting in line. There were two other employees were putting away carts and doing other unnecessary tasks while we waited. They could have assisted customers in removing merchandise from the cart or help bag items, but they chose organize hangers and carts. When I asked the employee organizing hangers why there wasn’t someone else on register, I was told it was “because of payroll.” She said management didn’t want to pay people to come in. Well, many people decided to leave and went to TJ Maxx next door, which is what I did. I will not be back.

This store is filthy and empty. I'm standing in line while three associates chit chat casually. They don’t have much inventory. And please don’t need to use the rest room it is disgusting. Now that one associate is done talking she’s decided to come to a register and help. I’ll never come back here again. This store doesn’t belong in Bowie.

That store cashier (Man) was incredibly rude to my 2-year-old child. He had the audacity to demand that I restrain my child from exploring the aisles, even though it's challenging to keep a young one still. To make matters worse, he confronted us a second time while my wife and I were selecting shirts for our other son, and his behavior was nothing short of harassment. It was a display of sheer unprofessionalism.

Good place to shop, but the line is too long and takes too much time. I’ve been waiting in line to buy a couple of things for 1 hour, which is a long wait.

As USUAL DIDN'T have ANYTHING. I remember when Ross stores came out. They offered a HUGE VARIETY of merchandise, now it's ALL JUNK. PICKED through and thrown on the floor. No matter the location, I would DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND ANY ROSS DRESS FOR LESS STORES.

I am a frequent shopper at Ross but yesterday was one of the worst experience I've ever had total embarrassment unnecessary from an employee while I was shopping the line I got extremely long so I asked the manager if I could leave these things here go next door and I'll be back to purchase my items he said sure he placed them in a bucket at the register he said if I'm not here just come back and get your items and pay for them I said fine so come back in the store I grab the items the cashier yells across this room saying what are you doing you can't do that meanwhile there was a line why would I ask her to stop what she doing and she was the only cashier to get the items that I was going to pay for throughout this visit the attitude of the cashier was the worst I've ever experienced so as I approach the register of me and my best friend she says something very smart to me oh where are the items you're not going to get them now I said to her why would you yell across the room like I was about to steal something meanwhile while I'm standing in line to pay for my items due to this I will not be shopping at that store ever again
