I called to make a 100K mile service appointment. They were able to see me the very next day. I was given a quote over the phone. There was no up selling, they charged me exactly what I was quoted. Performed my whole service in less than 3 hours after dropping it off. Best part is really the owners kindness and thoughtfulness. When I got the call that my car was ready, I was offered Bowie Baysox tickets. I asked the owner how/why they have these tickets and he said "well we know no one wants to spend $300 on a Thursday so we try to do something nice for them" I got four tickets and premium parking just for having required work done on my car. Above and beyond as a small business owner.

A friend of mine recommended this shop to me after I was looking at some expensive repairs from my local shop. She has been coming here for years.I reached out and spoke with the owner who was nice enough to take the time and give me a quote to do the repairs here instead.
