“No problems here, I went in with the intent to mail a package. Since this location accepts packages for both USPS and FedEx it was ideal. When you go in, the expectation is to sign in so that you can be placed on the list. You will be texted when it is your turn. I guess this is a good and bad thing. I really don't want to give OD my contact information AND I was actually helped prior to the system acknowledging me. My item was scanned and my receipt was provided. In and out. They appear to have some things in place for staff and customers as they had some plastic protection; although, it wasn't very large. I'll go back to mail a package. Random addition: attendants are much more apt and it is easier to help you when your aren't on your phone. Geez.”
