I first went here August 2023 to get my brakes fixed. I ended up spending $1600 on rear brake pads, rotors and a caliper and when I left brakes were squeaking. I assumed they were because they were new brakes but 5 months went by and I was still hearing it so I went back because of the warranty. This time they told me my other brake pads in the front were low so I got them changed along with rotors so I spent over $700. I drove off the lot and same issue but I thought this time after explaining they would get it right. 5 months later I ended up going to a new shop because I no longer trusted them and they had to redo my pads in rotors in the front. Also, they stripped the bolts so I was charged more at the new place (they worked with me) for their sloppy work. I basically had to take my car to a mechanic 3 times in less than 11 months and twice for the front brakes. Never again will I go back to them.

Stopped by here today in the middle of a four hour drive as our car started warning us that we were low on brake fluid. The team at Precision Tune Auto Care jumped right on it and had us on our way in less than 10 minutes. I'll summarize this in one short phrase: Amazing Service!"

I changed the brakes, shoes, spark plugs and other things that needed fixing in my car. The young Juan Lazo assisted me, he guided me honestly and did an excellent job, I am very satisfied with the service received. I recommend it.

Would put a 0 if possible I went here to get a tune up. When I got my car back the exact same problem was there. I went to get a second opinion only to find out that Precision had put in spark plugs that did not go in my type of car at all. When I returned for a refund I was yelled and screamed at over the phone by this location’s manager Mario and told to go b!+{¥ to corporate about it. I just simply wanted a refund for having to get the work done again after the incorrect spark plugs made my car worse. Completely unprofessional to yell and argue with a customer when you acknowledge the incorrect product being put in the car as “well work was done wasn’t it” the lack of accountability and customer service is actually unbelievable. I was told even if they put parts in the wrong cars “it happens” as if this is putting a different color pen top on a different color pen.
