“While I very much like the USPS employee that is typically at the window. She's extremely friendly and helpful. I have a major complaint with the fact that regardless of which Saturday I go, the door is never unlocked despite both the door and website displaying these supposed PO Box Access hours of 10AM - 2PM. I arrived at 1155 this morning and the same foolishness. Its extremely frustrating and it's professonial. Do beeter USPS!”

Some of this is due in part from some customers not having their items ready for shipping. Literally bringing what they want to ship in the bag straight from the store and expecting the person behind the counter to pack it all up for them.”
