“While I very much like the USPS employee that is typically at the window. She's extremely friendly and helpful. I have a major complaint with the fact that regardless of which Saturday I go, the door is never unlocked despite both the door and website displaying these supposed PO Box Access hours of 10AM - 2PM. I arrived at 1155 this morning and the same foolishness. Its extremely frustrating and it's professonial. Do beeter USPS!”
“Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Only drawback is that there is at times a very long line and minimal staffing. Some of this is due in part from some customers not having their items ready for shipping. Literally bringing what they want to ship in the bag straight from the store and expecting the person behind the counter to pack it all up for them.”

“Very pleasant & polite, but, despite my repeated representations, insisted on weighing and inputting my six international packages information all over again, after I had weighed, completed and printed customs labels for ages at home...
At the fifth package she realized that she did indeed have an "online button" and was able to register them instantly without re-entering them! Profuse apologies and over 30 minutes at the counter (plus a wasted 2+ hours at home...) and several frustrated customers behind me as a result. Otherwise great service.”
