The absolute worst experience that I’ve had at any bank. I came in for a transaction several weeks ago and was told that it would take a few days as was their protocol. The person I was dealing with bungled it completely and she, nor anyone else in the branch contacted us in a timely manner. She then had to redo it, and now, because of this, we are potentially facing additional fees of several hundred dollars because something that should have taken a few days is still not complete several weeks later.I will be contacting the branch manager and corporate with details and dates. Such an awful experience and so very disappointing. I will not ever bank at this branch again.

Absolute worst branch I've ever visited. Has a 12pm appt 4/8/23, Ally came out to greet us cause we were here last week. I needed to remove a joint signer and change debit card linked accounts. After having us wait until 12:48pm she went to explain that we would have to close the acct which isn't true. She told me she needed to call her manager when I informed her she can call branch support if she didn't or just pull up the edge article. How do I know this, I work for PNC as well. To have clients wait 45 min while you stay in an office to avoid doing your job is crazy, it's almost like sjhe just wanted us to leave. Around 12:40pm a group of people said they have a 1pm appt, she literally walked away from me just to get their Id. This is not customer service when what I came in for with my joint signer should have been done in 10 min. She then comes back at 12:55pm to tell me she only been in banking since Feb. I asked her to remove the joint owner and she said "the easiest way is to close the account and removing someone is a process". I told her I was aware cause I do it all the time but we will do the process. Finally it's 1:20pm and we are done.

I’ve bank at this PNC branch for years and have large personal and business accounts. So I was very disappointed when, according to policy, the wouldn’t notarize a document because they didn’t draft the DPOA. When the driving factor was the doc being notarized was to open an account at another financial institution.I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible and possibly going to Industry Bank.

Needed something notarized that would have taken all of 5 mins but was told the notary was in an appointment as he was standing right there and then was told come back the following day.
