DO NOT use their ATM!! I visited the branch on 450 and the machine confiscated my card for no reason. I went inside the branch, and I was told the machine has been taking peoples cards lately. I was told they could not assist me further and to contact my bank for a replacement! I recommended they post a sign so users will know they are at risk of losing their cards until a replacement arrives 5-8 days later! I don't appreciate their nonchalant oh well attitude, how about making people aware of the risk involved in using their ATM's??!!! some of us do not have more than one back or more than one card to access our funds :-(

I went to this branch because 1, I live close by and 2, I had been issued a large check from a company that uses PNC, and instead of just trying to cash it, I would get an account and deposit it. Well, first thing wrong was the information on the website doesn't reflect what I was told by the employee. As I was saying that the website stated otherwise, I was getting the feeling that they were trying to dissuade me from opening an account, which was dumbfounding to me. So I said ok, forget it, I'll just cash the check. The next problem, and main issue was, they wouldn't cash the check for me. They stated there was a problem with it. Ok, so I leave, call the company issuing the check, and they tried to figure out why they were saying there was a problem with the check because, there was no problem. The company issuing the check is a Trust Fund and all they do all day is deal with funds, benefits, and issuing checks. Anybody can make a mistake but, the likelihood of this company doing so is slim to none. So, the company told me to go back and tell them to call them to let them know the problem they are having. So, I go back to the branch and tell them if they are having a problem with the check to call them and let them know what it is. Well, the teller and the teller next to her told me they wouldn't call and they can call them. I said "OK I will call them right now and have them call you, I don't understand why you are playing these games with me". So then the teller said "I'm not cashing it, I don't feel safe and will call the police". What??? They simply didn't want to help me at all. I don't know what their problem with, and unwillingness to help me was. I'm not saying this for certain, and I've NEVER used the race card before in my life but, I personally believe it to be racially motivated, being I was the only white person in the building. There's no other excuse for their behavior. The check was completely valid. They simply didn't want to cash it for me. I would avoid this location at the very least. I got PTSD from this. I would have given 0 stars if possible.

Again, this branch’s customer service continues to be extremely poor. I have reported this branch to regional before due offensive communication by staff. Now, no one can me help outside 1 woman at 5 pm today and she is busy. I am the only customer in line. There used to be a Hispanic male representative at branch who also had an office and obviously he left too. This branch should have been closed instead of the Giant’s PNC branch. The Giant PNC Branch was more respectful, friendlier, engaging, welcoming, and more importantly available. Please do not use this branch unless using their ATM. They are pointless.

This place is THE WORST. 15 people in line inside, the drive thru backed up and one person handling both. I don’t know who manages employee schedules but they need some training. Highly recommend going to a different branch.

I have not done a 1 star in a long time .They charge 3.00 to cash a check if your not an account holder the check was a pnc for 150.00 bucks . Then they want me to open an account . Can they even charge 3.00 to cash there own check .

Customer service is terrible !!!!!! Manager is petty any other Pnc doe sent give rules like them that is not helpful! Everybody gets into w them for being unhelpful

The truth is that it is very bad service, the manager of the cashiers super disgusting and instead of trying to help make you feel that you are asking them for money when it is a deposit that you wanted to make. I hope I don't have to go back!

Tiffany is by far the most disrespectful and unprofessional human being I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I'm sick of these uneducated, smart mouthed, unhelpful young girls with poor dispositions handeling my affairs. They are all rude and unhelpful but this young lady was my tipping point. PNC is disgraceful.
