Horrible service deceived into thinking was getting new hair when used hair was used in my head

I have been getting my hair done for over 2 years now. the hair is very good quality and last me at least 6 months. Also, she takes good care of my natural hair with conditioner, exfoliation treatments and protien treatments. I highly recommend Petals.
